i used to be genuinely kind to people. but then they thought i was just being two-faced.
i used to hang-out with guys - some sort of relief. and then they labeled me a slut.
i used to be talkative. so they told me to shut my mouth.
now i'm quiet, guarded, shy. sealed lips, small smiles, and uncertain 'hi's. they say i'm an emo freak.
it's so difficult to define oneself, when the society is always intent on doing the job.
