Going Under: The Lost

You wonder who will find you, if someone will find you.

You can’t fathom the thought of beings found out,

the secrets,

your secrets act as weights on your legs, as you swim in the ocean full of your secrets.

The deeper you go in the more water you feel in your lungs,

tragedy strikes and you go under more.

You being to look around seeing nothing,

but the water surrounding you,

and then as you feel your life slip away you get a gasp of air in your lungs.

The sting of the sun has your eyes burning.

You still see nothing, but the blue ocean surrounding you.

You can do nothing about it but wonder,

wonder about what life could have been what it could be.

There is nothing you can do but wait, wait for the water to take you,

back under wait for it to take you back to the lost.
