After my first period class the rest of the day was a blur, I walked to the girls locker room, changed into my gym clothes, put my long hair into a pony tail and walked inside the gym. The coach introduced me to the class
"Ok students this is our new addition to the class so make her feel welcomed her name is Allison" the coach said. "I want five runs around the court"
I started running by myself until a girl next to me said "Hi"
"Hi I'm Allison but you can call me Alli"
"I'm Ashley so how you like the school so far?"
"Um it's going well so far" with a smile on my face.
"Well that's good" that's the last thing she said and we both ran quietly after we finished the five laps our coach wanted us to play baseball so we all walked outside to the field which was cloudy outside.
"Ok who wants to be captain?" coach asked while a guy raised his hand Jake has brown hair and green eyes he's huge like a great body he looks like he works out a lot.
"Ok Jake your captain of the Red team" coach said to him and another guy raised his hand and coach picked him for captain of the blue team.
"Jake pick your first player!" coach said loudly.
Jake looked around and stopped when he looked at me, I looked down and he said "Allison" I looked down and walked by his side.
While the other guy named Marc, Marc's short and too skinny but has great hair long Justin Bieber looking hair.
Jake called out the first to bat which was Johnny this kid looked a little like his twin but didn't have the same type of body. Johnny hit the ball and went all the way to first base then Jake called me up next.
"Allison your next so get ready" he said to me
"I think you should skip me I don't know how to play Baseball!" Jake looked at me like 'are you joking' expression, I was so embarrased.
"Um I'll show you." I stepped into plate and he gave me a bat.
"Your holding the bat wrong" He stood behind me put his hands around me and on my hands he apart my hands cause I was holding the bat with my hands too close together. While he was doing that I felt weird and uncomfortable but it felt nice at the same time yup I think im crazy.
When he was teaching me how I can hear people yelling saying 'get a room' and 'you go dude' while the coach said
"Enough with the tutorial and let's keep the game going"
Jake let go of me and said "Good luck and don't keep your eyes off the ball" but while he did I was looking up at the sky cause it's about to rain and it's getting dark out. So I just payed attention to Ashley I nod to let her know that I'm ready and she pitches the ball, I swing and miss. I can hear my team cheer me up 'it's ok just hit the other one' Ashley pitches again and I took my eyes off the ball and see a guy wearing all black and a baseball hat he's leaning against the fence next time I knew that was another strike I didn't even swing "strike two"
"This is just perfect" I say to myself
"It's ok just hit the next one don't keep your eyes of the ball" Jake said I just nodded and Ashley pitched and I hear something in my head saying
"Keep your eyes on the ball" I just listened I was about to swing but I heard it again telling me to "Wait not yet" I wait until it comes to me "Swing" I hear and I do has Im told, I hit the ball and start running then I hear people say 'Let go of the bat' and I throw the bat to the side as I run and get into first base and the other guy goes into second base but the guy decide's to keep going to third and I run to the second base has fast has I can I was about to fall until this girl from the base trips me and I fall and I hear "Out" Jake was pissed cause he saw that she tripped me and told coach while I was on the floor I saw my knee bleeding, I got up and walked to the bench.
"You ok?" I looked at him
"What do you think look at my knee!" I say with a sarcastic smile on my face
"Uh I was just..." i cut him off and say "I was joking I'm fine thanks" I say with a smile until I looked at the guy that I saw earlier but I didn't see him anymore he was gone
"Is he your boyfriend?" I looked at him and noticed that he was looking at the guy that once was there.
"What who Oh no I don't even know him"
"Oh great I mean uh never mind"
"Ok" I laughed he laughed along trying not to seem embarrassed which he shouldn't be.
I walked to the girl's locker room and took a shower, put on my clothes.
"Hey are you ok?" I hear when I'm all dressed I look up and it was Ashley
"Oh I'm fine."
"Don't let Jasmine treat you like that she's like that to everyone but that's no excuse but just don't let her walk all over you she can be a tramp wait no she is a tramp." Ashley laughed and so did I
"So what are you doing this weekend?"
"Nothing really why?"
"well my brother and I are having a party this Friday would you like to come?"
"Uh sure I would like that here's my number text me the address." I handed her a piece of paper with my number and walk out.
"Bye" I say
"Bye" she says back
I walk to the parking lot get into my Lincoln and drive home. When I got home my dad wasn't so I just parked and went inside walked to the kitchen and cook myself a meal until I hear my cell ring.
"Hello"
"Hey how are you how was school?"
"It was great where are you?" I ask because I can hear a lot of people talking in the background
"I'm working and a lot of people are here so I won't be home till eleven"
"Oh ok dad be careful"
"Always am Bye" then he hangs up before I can say anything else
I put my cell down and make myself a sandwich after I'm done I clean up the mess walked to my room took a shower like every day I do and finish my classwork that our class didn't finish so it's homework but I couldn't concentrate I kept thinking of the guy with the baseball hat he just seemed different to me not like the normal kids at school he just seemed different I can't discribe how he felt.
I finally concentrated on my homework and got it done. I went to bed turned the lights off and fell asleep.....
