Flesh of my flesh, I feel you
In dark, light, all around too
Such pain wishes to ignore,
That unto you I was bore
To your arms I'd love to run
All forgotten what you've done
You make my very blood crawl
It is you I blame our fall
Flesh of my flesh, I feel you
In dark, light, all around too
I find myself craving this
A moment with you in bliss
Leave me not, hold me tight
Though we both cannot be right
For now, believed are false held lies
Ignored, the wink of icy eyes
Flesh of my flesh, I feel you
In dark, light, all around too
None said forgiveness tore hearts
Salted wounds, refreshed hurts
Had this soul needed you not
It be your blood I still sought
Gather me in unrepentant hold
All resistance gone, no longer bold
