2. Giám sát quy trình sản xuất và kiểm tra,để đưa ra phương pháp sản xuất và kiểm tra phù hợp nhất nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và giảm chi phí sản xuất
3. Tìm hiểu nguyên nhân,đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục,phương án sử lý đối với những sản phẩm đã và đang gia công
