Unsaid Feelings (ONE-SHOT)

This is something na napag-tripan ko lang bago ako matulog. kasi nga hindi ako makatuog kaka-isip kay Myungsoo. HAHAHAHA

Myungsoo stared at the screen of his camera. It is the last picture of her that he had taken. The last time he saw her is when they were 15.

That girl named Suzy.

She is a sweet innocent girl who loves to play with kids. She has this long wavy hair Myungsoo loves to play with. She loves to read and write novels. She's very romantic and believes in fairytales. But most of all, she likes posing for photos. And she is Myungsoo's favorite model back then.

They have known each other since they were six. They went the same school together and became best of friends. Myungsoo knew he loves Suzy since they were kids. He once promised Suzy to marry her after college. 

Suzy didn't take it seriously since they were so young back then. She just laughs at him whenever he said something cheesy and she finds it really uncomfortable. For her, Myungsoo is just her best friend, nothing more.

When they were 15, Suzy has to leave their country and continue studying abroad. Myungsoo felt the need to confess his true feelings for her before she leaves. But it didn't happen because the moment he got to Suzy's house, she was not there anymore. 

Suzy leaves without saying goodbye to Myungsoo. It hurts so much on his side but he didn't care. He love her so much, anyway.

Myungsoo is now 21 years old and still didn't forget his first love. For him, no girl has ever made her feel that way except Suzy. He still believe that they will see each other again. Maybe not now, not tomorrow but maybe someday. He will never get tired of waiting. Because anything is worth having is definitely worth waiting for.

MYUNGSOO'S POV

“So anong plano mo pag nakita mo si Suzy?”, tanong ni Sungyeol.  Nasa bahay kami ngayon. Nagpapalipas lang ng oras.

“What else? Edi I’ll confess everything to her. I’ll confess my undying, overdue love for her.”, I smiled.

“HAHAHA you’re right! It’s overdue.”Sungyeol took a sip of his Coke. He is one of Suzy’s friend too back then and the only one who knows my feelings for her.

“Kasalanan ko bang umalis agad sya ng hindi nagpapa-alam man lang sakin?” Minsan naisip ko bakit di man lang nya nagawang sumaglit sakin o kaya kahit itext nya lang ako na pumunta sa kanila o kahit ipasabi na lang sa mga kaibigan namin.

“Nagpaalam naman sya saken. Bakit kaya nya ginawa sayo yun?”, tanong ni Sungyeol.

“Maybe I’m not that important for her.”, nalungkot na naman ako. Pag naiisip ko yun di ko maiwasang di malungkot. Wala ba talagang pakialam sakin si Suzy?

“Cut this off! Wag ka na nga mag-drama dyan. Hindi bagay sa appearance mo. Ang manly and rough ng appearance tapos ang soft on the inside. Looks can be deceiving talaga.”

“Pero di ba best friend kami? Kahit sya sabi nya best friend nya daw ako. Alam mo din naman yun di ba?”

“Yep. Best friends in love with each other.” Sungyeol laughs.

“She doesn’t love me!” I know. She doesn't even like me.

“Buti alam mo. Pero seriously Myungsoo, feeling ko may crush din sayo yun dati e.”

“Sino bang hindi magkakagusto saken?”, pabiro kong sabi kay Sungyeol. Pero totoo talaga yun. Sa gwapo kong to? Bulag na lang di magkakagusto saken. Kahit nga ata  langgam crush ako e.

 Sungyeol rolled his eyes.

“By the way Myungsoo, yung outing natin sa Jeju Island sa Saturday ah. Wag mo kalimutan.” Oo nga pala yung outing namin. Muntik ko na makalimutan.

“Parang tinatamad na ko Yeol e. Sino-sino ba kasama?”

“Woogyu , Yadong at si Sungjong.”

“Woogyu? Yadong? Sino yun?” Ngayon ko lang ata narinig yun ah.

“Woogyu is short for Woohyun and Sunggyu. Yadong is short for Hoya and Dongwoo. Ang slow mo Myungsoo!”

“But YADONG means porn!” Hahahaha loko tong Sungyeol na to.

“E yun pangalan ng loveteam nila e. Basta sumama ka, magsisisi ka kung di ka sasama.”

“Fine Sungyeollie-baby.”

I back hugged Yeol and rest my chin on his shoulder. Pero sa totoo lang ayoko talaga sumama. Bahala sila dyan haha.

“I can’t stand your skinship anymore! Kaya tayo pinagkakamalang gay e!”

“Wala naman akong gusto sayo noh! Sweet lang talaga ko.”
