The movie has finally ended, however things were very awkward and tense between everyone. When I glanced at Dwayne, he looked like he wanted to kill me. So, that right there lets me know that he isn't just a "cousin".
It's whatever though.
Ema hasn't looked at or talked to me, and I'm still trying to figure out where the kiss came from. I guess I'll just wait for her to explain. After we all said our goodbyes, I walked Ema to her car.
"Uh..thanks. I had alot of fun." Ema said nervously and without looking at me
"What was that?" I said getting straight to the point
"What was what?" she asked in a confused tone
"The kiss Ema."I groaned
"Well, like I said before I'm very sorry about that. I was just-"
"Ema don't lie to me. Is Dwayne really your cousin?" I asked with an arched eyebrow
"No."she said before exhaling
"Why'd you have to lie?" I asked
"Well his girlfriend believes that I'm his cousin, and I didn't want to make the situation complicated." she said before shrugging
"Well lieing is really gonna make the situation complicated. You know that right?" I asked
"Yeah. Also, I'm sorry for saying that you were my boyfriend. I just felt like I was caught off guard." she confessed
"Mhm. It's ok." I said with a smirk
"Great. Well I'll see you...when I see you." she said with a smile
"Alright girlfriend. Can I get a hug?" I asked with open arms
She smiled and wrapped her arms around my torso, with her head on my chest, and my arms around her waist securely.
After a few seconds we pulled away from each other with a smile on both of our faces.
"Bye Em." I said before kissing her cheek
"Bye Marky." she said before laughing
"Ha Ha." I said sarcastically before opening her car door for her
She honked before she drove off, and I walked to my car and drove off.

When I finally arrived to my house, I immediately took off my clothes and sat in a warm bath while drinking a glass of apple cider, and listening to 90s R&B music playing in the background.

I was interrupted by my phone ringing. I wiped my hands on a towel near by, and answered the phone without looking at the caller id.
"Hello."I said
"Hey Em." the voice said

"Hey wassup?" I asked
"Nothing, Just chillin. Girl you got a man in your house? I hear that song." he said jokingly
"No. I often like to just vibe and relax by my self." I said
"Wow. I wish I was there to vibe with you." He said in a bit of a husky voice
"Boy stop." I said chuckling to avoid the awkward conversation
"Em, can I be honest with you?" he asked

"Of course." I said
"I know we're just friends right now, but I hope you know that I'd like to be more than that one day." he confessed
"Wow." I said a bit shocked
"Yeah. To be honest, when you kissed me I really felt some type of way. But, I respect you enough to know that you may not be ready." he said
"To be honest. I am ready but then again I'm not. When him and I broke up, I acted like I wasn't hurt. But, I've realized that I'm only human so of course I'm still hurt. I just don't want to go through that again." I confessed before exhaling deeply
"I understand. I've been through the same pain, that's why I took a long break for relationships and etc. However, I've learned that I shouldn't let what happened to me in the past, mess up my future." he said
Deep.
"You're absolutely right. Are you completely over your ex?" I asked curiously
"Very. She's tired to get me back, but definitely did not succeed."he said
"That's good." I said
"Are you completely over your ex?" he asked
"Not completely. But like...90 percent over." I admitted
"Well...when you get to 100 percent, you think you could give us a chance?" he asked
"Maybe. If you continue to play your cards right." I said with a smirk
"Great. But, don't keep me waiting forever though." he said
"I won't do that." I said
"Good. Well I'll leave you in your vibe. Goodnight babe." he said
I blushed so hard.
"Goodnight Marky." I said with a smile than ended the call
I have to get over Dwayne...fast!
Dwayne
Throughout the whole ride to Ashley's house, she's been asking so much damn questions. Even when I answer, she assures that I'm lying.
Like damn..shut up!
"Ashley, I'm not gonna answer the question again." I said firmly
"I know your lying Dwayne. The way you looked so upset, doesn't justify your answer." she said with an attitude
"Whatever." I mumbled
"I'm not gonna leave you alone, until you conf-"
"She's my ex." I admitted
"Excuse me?" she asked in a confused tone
"Ema is my ex." I repeated
"You have got to be kidding me! Are you both trying to play a game on me. I'm not stupid and don't you dare lie to me!" she yelled furiously at me
"We dated. She broke up with me. Simple as that, and she wants nothing to do with me anymore." I said nonchalantly
"Yeah right." she said before sucking her teeth
"Calm the hell down. Now leave the conversation alone. Ema and I are done. Now, it's just Ashley and Dwayne." I said
"Whatever Dwayne. I don't trust you. I hope I never see her again." she said before folding her arms across her chest
"Look, don't go starting no drama. Just keep your distance, and she'll keep hers." I demanded
"Whatever." she mumbled
"I'm not playing Ashley." I said in a stern tone
"Yeah." she mumbled
I know that things, are gonna be different and very dramatic now.
