about hallie: hallie is 16 years old. she has unruly (yet seemingly straight) hair in which is mostly held intact with a scrunchie and on the rare occasion a painting utensil prodded in place. she's lived with her aunt jocelyn for as long as she can remember. she's quiet and preserved, but outspoken at times. mostly around her best friend, violet. she adores 80's rock bands and twenty one pilots. her eyes are brown like dirty paint water, as she would imagine. her wardrobe mainly consists of band tees and jumpers that are more than certainly too big for her. hallie isn't exactly popular, she's the sort of person people stare at, even when she's looking down at the ground. but all she really wants from life is to get through it. the school year, getting a job, being one hundred percent comfortable with accepting that nobody could ever love her (she wasn't even sure if she could love anybody). she does so through art. and luke.
