You walk home at night with the cold biting at your fingertips and gnawing at your bones. Your teeth start to chatter or is that the sound of footsteps speeding up behind you, tap tap tap tap tap. You walk faster while the snow falls deeper muffling the footsteps chasing you from behind, you're too scared to look at who's there. The snow gets deeper surrounding your feet and then over your knees slowing down your escape before the icy hand seizes the back of your neck, pulling you down under snow drift until everything goes cold and white.
