I Wrote Your Name

I wrote your name on the sand

But the waves washed it away

I wrote your name on the clouds

But the wind blew it away

I tried to find a place

Where I could write your name in peace

But that placed that I had found

Was not on the ground

It was a place where it could not be blown away

It was a place where it will always stay

That place was my heart

Which you will never tear apart

I wrote your name in my heart

And from that moment on we will never be apart
