Chapter Five
Ra'in looked at Quantum as she quivered on the floor.
"I'm not the bad guy here" he grinned
"Oh really now" Quantum replied sarcasticly
"You better watch that Buzz Quantum" he said looking down on her
She spit in his face buzzing in anger. He grimaced trying now to rip her head of her frail body and wiped the spit of his face.
"How do you know my name" she said angrily
"It says it on your badge smartass" he laughed
She looked down at her badge and chuckled.
"WELCOME TO MY CRIB" he said loudly throwing his hand in the air
"Ugh, nobody says that any more thats so 3490" she rolled her eyes
He returned to his human form and walked slowly at Quantum and knelt beside her. He inhaled her scent deeply and stroked her hair - aa sign of admiration for Flyers.
"Get away from me" she shuddered
"Why did you take me. What are you?" she screamed
"Im a half breed. No one wants me not even my own mother"
He walked away desapearing into the darkness of the room.
Quantum had been trying to transport her self back but the more she tried the more she failed and felt weak, so she gave up. In her mind she kept thinking of Fury and Nula and importantly if anyone was even looking for her. She knew that there was a chance they were but it was very small, Earth was at war and no one had the time to look for one person, when you could be using that time to kill Flyers.
Flyers like Ra'in.
