For once today I was actually litening to what some people call popular "music". I personally don't listen to pop and focus more on alternitive, showtunes, and a capella. I've notices a growing trend in todays pop music, many "artists" now consider autotune an instrument and continue to use it for weird and obnoxious ways to put more "lyrics" into their songs. Most pop artits don't even sing but speak rythmicly if that. I honestly believe the real talent when it comes to singing belongs to live theatrical preformers or artists that dont use autotone. Not only are theatrical singers amazing singers but they don't use autotune on stage to make themselves sound perfect. they already do sound perfect WITH OUT autotune. Artists today have learned how to abuse autotune and ruin pop music.
