Both used the same soap to wash their hands but they will never be the same. She is full of love, he isn't. She is full of sincerity while he is full of laughter and falsehood. They made each other change and maybe both of them participated in making some events very hard to forget. Maybe they are not themselves anymore but the only resistant thing in the story is the soap, they both used it but it didn't get influenced by any of them.
