*         Create The Cookie Dough: Beat together the flour, powdered sugar, and plant-based margarine until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine warm water and egg substitute. Add the egg mixture and molasses to the mixer and mix until smooth.
*         Place In The Pan: Fold in the chocolate chips and press the dough into the pan. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
*         Bake: Cut into 32 strips, about ¼ inch wide and 4 inches long. Place 16 strips on each baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 minutes, until crunchy.
Pro Tip: A pizza cutter works great for this!
*         Serve: Serve with your favorite plant-based chocolate, strawberry, and marshmallow dipping sauces. Enjoy!
