The Radio Demon.
Mom and Mabel seem to trust him, but Mamá and Mason seem wary of him. I'm more of the former.
He seems to want to help the hotel just find see it fail horribly, because it'd be "entertaining".
He also seems to talk into his staff whenever he's alone. In some cases, voices can be heard coming out of it.
He also seemed very afraid when I asked him about this symbol:

Could possibly be about who ever is talking to him. Possibly the one who allowed him all this power.
