This story begins at Hexide, School of Magic and Demonics...
~at Hexide~
Raine and Eda are chilling by their lockers arguing over something...
"NO NO CAUSE FAUST IS TOTALLY PICKING FAVORITES!!" Eda says
"NOW DONT JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS-" Raine says trying to be a peace maker
"OHHH CMOOON!" Eda says upset
"WHAAT?? HES PROBABLY JUST A LONELY GUY OR SOMETHING!" Raine says
"I-... waaait a minute..." Eda says thinking for a second
suddenly, an Idea pops into her head. she gives a smirk that says "I have the best idea"
"oh no, you have the "I have the best idea" smirk again. what is it??" Raine says used to Edas terrible ideas
"sooo... you say good ol' Fausty is a lonely man huh?" Eda says explaining her plan
"yeah, so??" Raine says not getting the plan
"what if... we get Faust with someon-" Eda says getting cut off by Raine
"absolutely not." Raine says as they cut off Edas sentence
"whyyyy??" Eda says with puppy dog eyes
"because we arent cupid! and I would rather perish then help our principle with his love life!" Raine says crossing their arms and looking away from Eda
"Oh come onnnn!! I know you want to first off, have principle Faust be just better, and also, have some fuuuuun~!" Eda says in a singsong tone
"nope. I am not giving in this time. not a chance." Raine says planning not to do Edas plan
Eda looks at Raine with the most intense puppy eyes you could possibly do
Raine looks at Eda and squints
~outside principle Fausts office~
"I cant believe im doing this with you..." Raine says crouching outside of Priciple Fausts office
"the puppy eyes always work" Eda whispers "alright, now we just gottaaa..." Eda then slips a note under Fausts door
"...Eda what was on that note?" Raine says staring at the bottom of the door
"I already told you! a "note from one of the teachers"! now lets give fausts note to the teacher!" Eda whispers
"Eda." Raine then pulls out the two notes for the teachers "then what are these??!" Raine Whispers
Edas pupils shrink "uhhh- did you have any other papers on you?!" Eda asked in a panic whisper
"only one! and it was embarrasing!" Raine says realizing what went underneath Fausts door
"what was on it?!" Eda said in a whisper
"NO NO THIS IS ONE THING I AM NOT TELLING YOU!" Raine Whispers in a panic whilst blushing "LETS JUST GET AWAY FROM FAUSTS DOOR BEFORE HE FINDS IT!"
"OKAY!" Eda says grabbing Raines hand and quickly leading them away from fausts door
soon, the pair makes it away from fausts door and is now in the cafeteria
"thank Titan we did this during lunch! we wouldve been toast!" Eda says out of breath from running
"yeah! no kidding!" Raine says also out of breath
Darius and Perry walk over
"woah, you guys look like you just ran like a mile." Darius said
"sure feels like it!!" Eda exclaims
"whatd you guys do? try to set up our principle with a love life by giving him and said teacher a note saying they like eachother but accidently put an ebarrasing paper of Raines underneath his door?" Perry says literally saying what just happened
"....yeah. that." Raine says pointing to Perry
"anyways, were trying to avoid him as much as possible!" Eda says finally not out of breath
"ah, well me, Perry, and Alador need to go help set up for the dance thats tomorrow." Darius says grabbing his bag
"wait wait- theres a dance tomorrow?!" Eda says
"yeah you didnt know??" Raine asks
"no??" Eda says clearly shocked
"well there is! you planning to go?" Raine asks
"maybe! I dont have a date though..." Eda says nervously rubbing the back of her head
"oh thats fine! you could still go with like a friend or something! like me! ✨💅 Raine says with sass and flare, flipping their hair
"ohhh definately!" Eda says holding their hand out for their hndshake
Raine smirks and goes to do the handshake with Eda
They both fist bump before Eda twirls Raine and they do fun steps before twisting arms and fist bumping with the other hand
"... kay me and Perry are gonna go. see yall later." Darius says walking out with Perry
"oh- yeah see you guys later!" Raine calls out waving and smiling
"alright! now to avoid Faust for life!" Eda says cheerfully
Just then an anouncment is called by Principle faust
"Hello students. Raine Whispers and Edalyn Clawthorne report to my office, now." Faust says before turning off the anouncments
Eda and Raine exchange nervous looks sucking in air through their teeth
~In Fausts Office~
Raine and Eda sit in the chairs infront of Fausts desk waiting for him to speak
Faust is just staring at them. not doing or saying anything
"...do you think hes asleep?" Eda Whispers
"maybe? lets just try to walk out" Raine whispers
the pair makes an attempt to walk out when Principle Faust hits a button and a very high security metal door closes over the actual door
"wow. thats an expensive door." Raine says pointing at the door
the pair quickly sits back down
"you two. I had a note slipped under my door today. care to explain?" Faust says in his usual cold and plain tone of voice
"I have no clue what youre talking about!" Eda says trying to act innocent
Faust then shows the note has Raines signature at the end
".....its a cute signature right?" Raine says nervously blushing
"well, im just here to say, take it back."
Raine simply takes it back "thats it? no-"
"youre both also getting suspended for 3 days." Faust says simply
"WHAT?!?!?!" Eda and Raine exclaim
"I never want this behaviour again. your suspension starts tomorrow." Faust says "now leave my office."
Raine and Eda shuffle out of his office and close the door behind them
"...THREE DAYS?!?!" Eda exclaims
"I KNOW RIGHT?! WE DIDNT GET 2 WEEKS!!!" Raine says in glee
"YEAAAAAAH!!!" Raine and Eda cheer
"saaay... whatd that note say?" Eda says peaking at the note
"ah ah ah nope! youre NOT seeing this." Raine says, tucking the note away
"aw man... :<" Eda says disapointed
"anyways, lets get back to lunch!" Raine says smiling
"alright!" Eda says walking back to lunch with Raine
Raine and Eda enjoy their lunch and the rest of the school day before heading home...
~Edas POV~
Eda enters her house and sees Gwendolyn, her mom, setting the table
"hello little witchlet! how was school?" Gwendolyn
"boring as usual. but Raine and I got expelled soo-"
"you WHAT?!" Gwendolyn exclaims
"yup!" Eda says
"HOW?!" Gwendolyn exclaims
"me and Raine tried to give our principle a love life by sliding a note under his door but we accidentaly used a note that Raine had." Eda says causally
"I- hh... why am I even surprised? youre grounded. go to your room."
"gotcha." Eda say going up to her room
~Raines POV~
Raine had just gone through the same thing as Eda, grounded. Raine was sitting in their room on their bed. Raine was staring at that note they wouldnt let Eda see
"...hhh.." Raine sighed as they read the note over and over again.
the note read "Hey Eda! i wanted to ask... want to go to Grom?
