Backstory: Lucian Date is the descendant of Akira Date, and inherited the heroic legacy of his ancestor. Once he heard that Kunio Hino, the current Kamen Rider OOO, had defeated Union Academy and saved the world, he became grateful for him, and decided to use the Birth Driver to fight crime. One day, he fought someone who claimed to be working for a group of supervillains known as Havoc Alliance. Knowing that the world is threatened again, he decides to become the newest Guardian of Life.
