Meredith Grey's perspective
We are all on the plane talking and laughing me, Lexie (my sister), Christina, Derek, Arizona, and Mark. We are super excited that we get to assist in a conjoined twin separation surgery. Mark and Lexie of course are in the back of the plane flirting, meanwhile Christina and Derek are both talking with me. Arizona is on the phone with the hospital talking about the twins.
Derek is my soulmate and I have loved him since the day before my first day as an intern. Then I realized we both work at the same hospital. Christina is my best friend and my person we tell each other everything. Arizona is one of my friends and is the peds surgeon. Lexie is my half sister whom I just met 4 years ago. Mark sloan, well he is a lot to take in. He slept with Derek's wife before they were divorced and is now sleeping with Lexie he has a great personality though. In my opinion he and Lexie are perfect for each other.
Suddenly the plane starts shaking and bumping around...
