So a couple things first:
° the 3 characters per person rule doesn't really matter here, because there's no limit in Starclan
° I'm going to add a council of Starclan cats called the Star Council
(basically the ones that send prophecies and look over the living cats)
° I'm only going to allow 4 more Star Council's
(Meaning 5 Star Council cats)
° Starclan cats can be any rank :0
° border Guardians are typically cats that guard the border between Starclan and the Dark Forest
