I woke up to noah shaking me as I leaning on the dashboard I should of put on my seatbelt but I was distracted by the indominus that why I forgot
"Is everyone okay?" someone asked but I couldn't really That well still
I turned my head around to the other so I could see who is talking
"is everyone..." Yas started then went out the doors
"Yas, wait, yasmina!" I think sammy ran after her
I tryed to remember what happened as I don't reamber couple of seconds before we crashed as I got out lucky I wasn't that bad that I Could see, hear, move a bit and mabya walk the only thing I know i have is a sore head
Yn pov
Sammy ran after Yas as all of us got out the van I stay next to ben and bumpy
"we're not Okay!" yasmina said
"yas-" sammy started
"we're in the middle of a jungle with a monster dinosaur put there, and you... you..." Yas told her
"destroyed our only way to get help and lied about it! I told you guys" brooklyn said
"so, you did take brooklyn's phone? Why? What were you doing? " darius asked
"probably trying to erase my video of her taking those samples from the sinoceratops... And you knew about the indominus rex because you were snooping around Dr wu's office when me and Eleanor ran into you. I knew it!" brooklyn told her
"I didn't mean to destroy the phone. I fell on it when the zip line came down and-" sammy told her
"but you did steal it? You had it that whole time and didn't tell us?" Ben told her while I Petted bumpy
"hold up. What were you and Eleanor doing in Dr wu's office, brooklyn?" darius asked
I looked over at Eleanor bit who was sitting down learning against the van
"I.. It doesn't matter. I didn't break our only way to call for help and then lie about it! This is not my fault! This is her fault! She-" brooklyn told them still I petted bumpy along with ben
"I'm here to spy!" sammy all of sudden said
"for a company called mantah corp" sammy added
"mantah corp?" kenji questioned
"they're a bioengineering company big rivals with masrani. They tried to make dinosaur, too but wu beat them to it" darius explained
"why does it feel like everyone want to make dinosaur. I mean they are cool but why carnivore when this could happen?" I muttered
"you doomed us all for some lousy company?" Ben said
"our ranch was in trouble, so my folks had to borrow a lot of money from some shady people... We didn't know they were fronting for mantah corp. They said we'd lose everything unless I spied for them. Use the behind-the-scenes access I'd get at camp to gather info from Wu's lab, and DNA from Dinos, and whatever else they needed...but then brooklyn and yn caught on with the video and I got scared, and then everything went wrong " sammy explained to us
"this is the last thing I wanted to happen" sammy told yasmina
"oh, to be next to a broken can on killer dinosaur island? Hey, me too! What are the odds?" Yas told sammy
"Yas. I-" sammy started
"was it all a lie, wanting to be friends. Pretending you cared about... You just needed someone to hide what you were doing." Yas butted in
"Tell me. I'm wrong" she added
It sounded like Sammy was starting to cry and I still felt bad for her all she was trying to do is protect her family but I am also still mad at her for hiding the phone but I do believe that she didn't break it
"I'm such an idiot" Yas continued and started to walk of
"you are wrong. I just didn't know how to say it, how to explain to you. Just because I spied doesn't change who I am" sammy told Yas as she ran after Yas then placed her hand on yasmina shoulder
"don't touch me! Go away sammy" Yas told sammy
Sammy ran off and Yas came back over to us and bumpy was going over at yasmina probably
"not now bumpy" Yas spoke
I decided I would go over to sammy just not right now so she could be by herself for while just in case she wanted that
"look, I know the situation we're in is suboptimal-" Ben started
"it's trash, just say it's trash, Ben" brooklyn told him that when I kinda scooch away from them and over to sammy
"yes, but despite the obvious.." I heard Ben continue
