KIARA SITS ON TOP of her kitchen counter, watching her mom make her a bagel since kiara claims that she makes them perfectly —of course, she's just too lazy to do it herself. since it's only her and her mom around here, mornings are usually like this; kiara bothering her mom because she has nothing better to do.
"any plans today?" her mom asks in advance, knowing that kiara sometimes disappears and forgets to tell her mom.
"nope. you?"
"nope," her mom responds, looking at her daughter before suddenly remembering something. "oh, almost forgot to mention! your father is coming with his new girlfriend on saturday morning for coffee and i think it would be so adorable if he sees you all grown up with a boyfriend."
