When Flug gets hypnotized by Ms. Heed, he sends Demencia flying into the aircraft. She could be crying from pain, but considering her strength and tolerance/ignorance, as well as the fact that she's a super soldier of sorts, that's not likely. I think she feels betrayed by his sudden shift in character. It's no fun when your punching bag hits back. That orrrrr she cares a lot about him and his brainwashing genuinely upset her. Whatever you want it to be, it is. ;)
