Til I became the ears
A lot had been told
Of whom should I be
I listened

Suddenly I don't feel me
I feel like a shoe
Wear this
Wear that
It suits you best
It suits you not
When all you wanted
Was to be a rag slipper
I am aware
I am losing myself
I need to find it again
Reclaim me
Like a slipper
