Chapter four

*anonymous point of view*

I watched as the mindless girl made her way back to the pack house. Seeing her gave me an over whelming sensation I had yet to free because she escaped me years ago. Little does she know I'm back, stronger than ever, ready to drag her back to the hell she deserves to live in.

*alex*
I arrived back to the pack house speechless, two of the three men that have ruined me, are back, and they're coming straight for me..
I was snapped out of my thoughts when a hand collapsed on my shoulders, I jumped and turned punching the intruder in the face, I heard something crack, only to find a Cody with blood running down his nose, " Jesus Alex!" He said gripping his nose, I gave him a forced smile and let out a quiet apology, " are you okay..?" His eyes softened as he questioned me, I shrugged slightly, truth is, I wasn't okay, far from it, I couldn't bring myself to speak nor look at him in the eyes, before he could speak again to ask something else I made my way towards the house, I was met with many confused eyes full of worry, I avoided them and made my way straight to the room I was staying in.

A knock at the door had me jolt up in bed, I guess I fell asleep without realizing it, I went to open the door, and came face to face to a worried Mason,
" may I come in?" He asked, I moved and allowed him room to get in, I took a seat on the bed while he took the bean bag on the floor, I couldn't help but smile at the sight of him laying in a beanbag,
" do you want to explain to me what happened out there?", I stayed silent as his eyes pleaded me for a response, I wasn't in the mood to talk, and I hated seeming so vulnerable, when I know I'm not I'm stronger than this, just not stronger than them..
I heard Mason sigh and stand up walking towards me, his hands picked mine up from my lap and he knelt down beside me, electricity bolted through my body as he held my hands, and I wanted nothing more than to have him hold me just then.
" you don't have to tell me anything, I just need to know if there's a danger, so we can protect you, the land and the people. I've been this packs alpha since I was 10, seeing as my father left and was foolish. I have never allowed danger to come to these people, lex you have to tell me if there's danger and why you ran from one of my members." His eyes continued to beg for an explanation, something made me trust him, I had a strange pull towards him, and I couldn't help but reveal why I had run.
" your pack member, he was one of the guys that would come every day to my foster home.. And use me.. They tortured me, and they harmed me more than I can ever really be harmed, everyday flashbacks come back and I don't want the past to happen again. I don't need them to come back for me, that's why I'm always on alert, I'm strong on the outside, but everyday I die a little more with the feae that they're going to
Come back for me, and they are. They're coming for me. If anything I'm bringing you guys danger, and I need to leave as soon as possible." I let the words spill out, smooth like a stream, I finally looked at Mason, he had an unreadable expression placed on his face, but what flashed in his eyes surprised me, anger, determination, and sorrow. He didn't say anything for a bit, and instead pulled me to him and held me close, I felt safe in his arms, I felt like everything was perfect, yet there are so many things wrong.. I hid my face in his chest and allowed myself to be held close to him, I felt his body physically relax and mine as well as we stayed in each other's arms, " no ones ever going to hurt you. Not again, I'm going to keep you safe, from it all. From all of them." He finally spoke and for a moment I believed him, sadly those words won't be kept true, for a feeling in my gut told me
Hell was going to break loose, and I'm going to be in the middle of it.
