Cooking might be hard in the apocalypse, but a good chef could make do with any ingredient, in any environment, in any situation!

I will be using this notebook to document my ideas, recipes, and notes for dishes I want to make as my role as the head chef of the Beach. This might also be helpful to train new recruits who will be part of the Food Council.

All the ingredients here are available in the Borderlands and/or non-perishable. All of the vegetables here are grown easily, or can be found canned/jarred in supermarkets. The meats used are either caught or non-perishable

Dandelion Tea

I've had to get creative with this. Wild dandelions grow abundantly, and when brewed then mixed with canned or bottled tea, produces an... Interesting flavor. It's definitely an acquired taste, but is a welcome break from the gallons of bottled green tea we've had in storage at the Beach.

Taro Boba Tea

Okay, okay, here this out. Is it by any means comparable to anything in the past world? Well, maybe—just hear me out. It's... The flavors are there! They're definitely there! And, y'know, this has actually become pretty popular.

Taro is a pretty quick and easy vegetable to grow, and who doesn't like taro in desserts? The gummy bears as boba pearls are a stretch... But it works! Trust me! This is one of Erina's personal favorites.
