Arms.

For some of y'all who don't know...

I had a Doctor's appointment in the early morning (9:00am to be exact) and had gotten two shots. One a Flu shot and the other that helps with my period because I had heavy blood flow and bad cramps that made me become anemic (it helps) and I have to get that shot every three months and my next Appointment is January 30th.

My arms are so sore!!!!!!

Ahhhhhh....

And I had to pee in a cup!!!! I'm bladder shy so it took a while...
