Estelle Miller is 14 years old and is from New Zealand. Her parents alongside her sister all died in a car crash when she was 10. Ever since she has lived in her childhood house all alone. Don't ask me how the government lets her, it's for the plot I swear. Estelle grew up with no relatives. She has no grandparents, uncles, aunties or even cousins. So when her family died that night, she was left with nothing.
