I was still on the stand when I came back to reality. "Ms. Blander?" I heard my lawyer say. "Yes." I said. "Can you tell us what happened after Mr. Ruiz took you into the basement?" He asked. "I woke up, in a bed. Mr. Ruiz had referred to me as "Alison" and he had even put colored eye contacts and a wig on me. I feel it was a way for him to cope with knowing I could never forgive him." I said looking at the jury with my drying tears. "Thank you, no further questioning." My lawyer said and then sat down. "Ms. Blander, you said that Mr. Ruiz had smashed your face into the cement floor, knocking you unconscious. But when the hospital did tests, there were no drugs in your system, no head trauma and no wounds to your face or head. Can you explain this for the court?" Alex's lawyer asked me. "His dad is a doctor, not just any doctor. He treats rape patients, does the tests, treats their wounds, and all of that. He knows exactly how to make people unconscious without leaving any proof." I said glaring at his lawyer right in front of me. "Well, you were all dressed up nicely, you were all dolled up, and there's no proof of him drugging you or slamming your face into a cement floor, knocking you and your boyfriend unconscious. By any chance could you have wanted to sleep with him and made up this entire story just to cover up that you had cheated on Mr. Mendes, or that you still had feelings for Mr. Ruiz?" The lawyer asked me with no emotions. "No, the only 'feeling' I have for Mr. Ruiz is hatred. He has ruined my life, I will never be okay ever again he has done serious things to me that will affect my life forever. I did not willingly sleep with Mr. Ruiz, in fact I never had sexual relations with Mr. Ruiz." I said choking back my anger. "Never had sexual relations with Mr. Ruiz? Never in the 8 months you dated Mr. Ruiz?" He said with accusations in his tone of voice. "Never, in fact, to get away from Mr. Ruiz I had to lie to him and say I was 'inexperienced'." I said smirking as I saw Alex realize I had slept with Shawn, but not him. "So you did have relations before this?" His lawyer glared at me. "Objection your honor, this is irrelevant to the case." My lawyer stood up. "He's right, that has nothing to do with this case." The Judge said looking at his lawyer. "No further questioning, your honor." He said sounding annoyed and sitting back down. "Alright, it's time for the jury to reach a verdict." The judge said as the jury walked out and we were allowed to go into the hallway. I walked over to Matt and cried into his chest. He stroked my hair. "Shhh, Jordan it's gonna be okay." Matt whispered. "What if he sends people after me, Matt?" I whispered as I cried harder. "He's not stupid enough to send people after you right away or even have people watching you right away, they'll link it to him. We're almost 18 and we have Magcon tour when we turn 18 in a few months. We can make our own money, we can get jobs, we can move to L.A., we can start fresh. Just you and me." Matt said and Shawn looked down. "I love you, Matt." I whispered. "I love you, too beautiful." Matt said kissing my forehead. We waited a few more minutes. My lawyer walked up to me, Jordy they've reached a verdict we have to go back into the court room." He said hugging me. "Uncle Josh is that bad that they reached the verdict so fast?" I said freaking out. "No, it either means they completely believe he didn't do it or it was obvious to them he did it and they all reached an agreement fast. And it's most likely guilty on all counts. His defense wasn't good at all. He didn't have any good reasons about why the things happened, making them know he's lying. I hope it's guilty, you shouldn't have had to go through any of it, he deserves to be punished for what he did to you." He said. I looked at Matt. "Baby, it's so obvious. He's going away for a LONG time." Matt said. We walked back into the court room, took our seats.

The jury walked in, the lady had a paper and she stood up and walked to the microphone. "The jury finds Mr. Ruiz..."

The end.
