Saphire rushed downstairs and grabbed a piece of toast ¨saphire sit down and eat your breakfast.¨ mom said. ¨sorry mom no time I´ll eat on my way to school.¨ saphire said running out the door. She hoisted her backpack onto her shoulder and ate her toast while she ran. When she got there she saw luka and walked over to him ¨hey luka how you doin?¨ she said panting. ¨I´m good you?¨ luka responded. ¨good just a little out of breath.¨ saphire said. ¨why?¨ luka asked. ¨I ran all the way here.¨ saphire replied. Luka nodded that he understood ¨ok well I´ll see you later.¨ he said. Saphire nodded and they went their separate ways. At lunchtime saphire saw Alexey in the lunch line and walked over to her ¨no lunch from home today?¨ she asked. ¨didn't have enough time this morning.¨ Alexey replied. ¨I get that I didn't have enough time to eat all my breakfast this morning. I had a piece of toast and I had to eat it on the way to school.¨ saphire said as they got their lunches. ¨oh what happened?¨ Alexey asked. ¨I overslept.¨ saphire replied as they sat down. ¨oh?¨ alexey said questioningly. ¨did it have anything to do with being you-know-who?¨ she asked. Saphire shrugged ¨I don't know.¨ she said. Inside she knew that it did she had been practicing her superpowers all night and only slept for a couple hours. ¨it did didn't it?¨ Alexey pushed. Saphire nodded as she ate her lunch. She was really hungry just then luka came over ¨hey.¨ he said sitting down. ¨hey.¨ saphire replied. ¨just to clarify you two are still coming to my birthday party next week. Right?¨ she said. Alexey and luka nodded as they ate their lunch when they were all finished they all went to the art room where they did their art projects saphire did manga luka wrote music and alexey did her fanart. Luka sat next to saphire ¨so what do you think of this.¨ he said. He played a sweet beautiful melody that felt like all of saphire´s own emotions mixed into one song. It was happy, sad, stressed, and excited all at the same time. ¨it's almost like it's about me.¨ saphire said. ¨good cause it is.¨ luka confirmed. saphire gaped at him it was about her but why would he write a song about her that just sounded alien to her. luka saw this and chuckled ¨it's your melody.¨ he said ¨the song you feel inside your heart with all of your emotions mixed together into one single melody.¨ ¨ït´s your melody.¨ he repeated. saphire smiled luka had written her a melody ¨so what's it called?¨ she asked. ¨saphire´s melody¨ luka replied. That made her happy the song was her melody and it matched her perfectly. She put the finishing touches on her picture and showed it to luka, It was a picture of him as a manga ¨so what do you think?¨ she asked. Luka chuckled ¨ it's amazing thank you.¨ he said. Just then saphire´s watch beeped and she needed to go and fight crime she looked at Luka he nodded that he understood what that meant ¨go I'll cover you.¨ he said. Saphire smiled ¨thanks.¨ she said. She headed towards the door and just before she reached it she saw luka smile sadly through the corner of her eye and then she left the classroom she headed down the hall until she reached a window where no one could see her and slipped out at the exact same time henry slipped out together they ran until they reached the mancave ¨hey ray what´s up?¨ saphire said as they walked in. ¨oh good your here time to go.¨ ray said standing up. They transformed and went up the tubes when they got to the scene they saw that the villain was already being fought by a couple of kids one girl had blonde hair that was pulled back in a messy ponytail a face that looked like she taught mathematics for a living and stormy gray eyes that looked both determined and intelligent she looked 16 maybe 17 she used a dagger that looked like it was made of bronze, one of the boys had messy black hair sea green eyes and a face that looked both relaxed and alert he looked about the same age as the girl he used a sword that looked like it was made of the same stuff as the girls dagger, the other boy had messy black hair and black eyes that showed more pain and sadness then any person should ever experience he had a guarded expression on his face like he'd spent his whole life fighting and he was by far the youngest of the group he looked about 13 or 14 he was using a sword that looked like it was made of regular iron except it seemed to suck the light right out of the air like some kind of shadow. The kids looked like they needed help so the heroes rushed in ¨need some help?¨ dangergirl asked not waiting for an answer. ¨sure!¨ the boy with the bronze sword said. ¨jacob focus!¨ the girl said. ¨sorry winter!¨ Jacob said and got back to fighting. The heroes and the kids tried to drive the villain back but he had a few tricks up his sleeve. He used a smoke diversion and tried to sneak past them. Kid danger was the first one to see him trying to get away ¨HE'S GETTING AWAY!¨ he exclaimed. Dangergirl tackled him faster than lightning he tried to get away again but she lifted him like he was a feather and turned him around and shoved him onto the ground lightly he tried to get up but dangergirl eyes flashed and he fell asleep ¨wow how did you do that?¨ the boy with the black sword asked. This was the first time he had spoken and he sounded like he hadn't talked in a long time ¨nico please thank them they just saved our buts.¨ the girl winter dangergirl remembered said. ¨oh right thanks.¨ nico said. Then winter looked satisfied. ¨well um you're welcome and to answer your question I just used my superspeed superstrength and hypnosis.¨ dangergirl answered. All three of them gaped ¨what?¨ Jacob gaped. ¨oh that's my superpowers superspeed is the one where I can move faster than any normal human being and superstrength is where I am stronger than any normal human being.¨ dangergirl explained. ¨what about the other one?¨ winter asked. ¨oh hypnosis is where I can hypnotize anyone to do anything I want them to do.¨ dangergirl said. ¨I usually only use it to make them sleep.¨ she quickly added at their terrified expressions. All three of them sighed ¨so who are you guys?¨ Jacob asked. ¨oh I'm dangergirl and this is kid danger and captain man.¨ dangergirl said. ¨uh not to be rude or anything but I think you forgot someone.¨ nico said. Dangergirl looked at him confused and then he pointed behind them ¨ who's that?¨ he asked. The heroes turned around to see drex ¨ugh seriously this guy again!¨ dangergirl protested. ¨dangergirl.¨ captain man said warningly. He shook his head dangergirl sighed knowing he knew what she was thinking then drex walked forward the heroes tensed ¨what do you want drex?¨ dangergirl said trying to cover up her nervousness. ¨oh I see you have friends with you this time.¨ drex said then chuckled. ¨oh well all the more people to see your butts wupped when I beat you again.¨ he continued. Dangergirl saw kid danger and captain man's eyes widen she wondered what had happened last time after she was knocked out she pushed that out of her mind and focused on drex ¨you mean all the more people to witness us wupping your butt.¨ she said. Jacob stifled a laugh ¨you really want to do this again?¨ Drex asked, raising his eyebrows. ¨dangergirl.¨ captain man said. Dangergirl looked at him and he shook his head but she looked at drex ¨sure.¨ she said. Drex advanced and they started fighting. The heroes soon had drex cornered but like last time he shot at a beam in the ceiling ¨oh crap not again!¨ dangergirl said. She rushed and pushed nico out of the way just as it came crashing down ¨thanks.¨ he said obviously flabbergasted. ¨your welcome.¨ dangergirl said. She stood there for a minute and then ¨DANGERGIRL LOOKOUT!¨ kid danger shouted. That was all she needed to hear she turned and caught drex´s hand just as he was about to do what he did last time and they fought for a minute and then she was tried to use her hypnosis on him but he held up a mirror in front of her eyes and she fell into a deep deep sleep. When she woke up she was back in the mancave and luka was sitting in a chair next to her bed ¨hey you're awake!¨ he said excitedly. Saphire groaned and sat up rubbing the sleep out of her eyes ¨now I know how the people I hypnotize feel.¨ she said. Then she saw Nico, Jacob, and Winter sitting on the couch with Henry. she then realized that everyone was detransformed including herself ¨ray why are we-¨ she started. ¨they helped us get drex to leave and they also helped us drag you back here so we showed them our identities.¨ ray explained. Saphire nodded that pretty much summed it up ¨oh yeah I know I already said this but thanks for saving me earlier that beam probably would have killed me if you hadn't gotten me out of the way in time.¨ nico said. Saphire nodded ¨ your welcome.¨ she said. Nico smiled. This was the first time she had seen him smile and it was a beautiful smile. Jacob and winter stared at him like he'd just done something crazy ¨what!¨ nico exclaimed. ¨sorry it's just this is the first time we´ve seen you smile a real smile instead of a creepy grin.¨ Jacob said. ¨uh...¨ saphire said confused ¨what do you mean?¨. ¨ Oh he usually only does a creepy little grin. It's like the grin azula does in avatar the last airbender comics when she has completely lost her mind and is just sitting there grinning evilly.¨ jacob explained. ¨oh¨ saphire said. That sounded weird but she didn't push it ¨so how long was I asleep?¨ she asked. ¨ a couple hours but don´t worry school was canceled for the rest of the day after lunch.¨ Alexey said. She was sitting in front of the computer with Charlotte and Jasper watching security footage ¨hey ray can you watch anything other than security footage on here this is boring.¨ she said. ¨no sorry.¨ ray replied. Alexey shrugged and walked over to the couch and sat down next to Henry. Let me guess it doesn't involve funny stuff so you don't like it?¨ saphire guessed. ¨exactly.¨ alexey replied. A couple hours later saphire and henry invited charlotte, jasper, luka, alexey, jacob, winter, and nico over to their house to hang out when they got to the house they went up to saphire´s room and sat down ¨so what do you guys want to do?¨ saphire asked. ¨play video games?¨ Henry suggested. Everyone said yeah ¨ok we will split into four groups of two and play that way.¨ alexey said. ¨ok so saphire will be with jacob, nico will be with winter, henry will be with charlotte, and jasper will be with me.¨ she continued. ¨but that excludes luka.¨ saphire pointed out. ¨it's fine I wanted to write music anyway.¨ luka said brightly. With that everyone got into pairs and henry and charlotte started playing luka sat in the corner and started playing his guitar ¨I´ll be right back.¨ she said to jacob. ¨ok.¨ he replied and kept watching Henry and Charlotte play video games. Saphire walked over to luka ¨hey you ok?¨ she asked as she sat next to him. ¨yeah I'm fine.¨ he said. But saphire could tell that something was wrong he was playing a somber tune that made her think of the moment when one of the characters from her favorite book the outsiders died instead of the usual happy tune that he would play she sighed she hated to see luka sad like this she thought for a minute and then she got an idea ¨hey why don't we hang out sometime just the two of us without alexey or anyone else around hmm?¨ she said. ¨when would we have time to do that?¨ luka questioned. ¨tomorrow we can hang out after school.¨ she replied. Luka sighed and then smiled a little ¨ok tomorrow after school. What do you want to do?¨ he asked. ¨let's not worry about that just yet let's figure it out tomorrow ok.¨ saphire replied. Luka nodded and saphire walked back over to Jacob ¨You two are cute together.¨ he said, turning his head towards her. ¨what do you mean?¨ saphire asked. ¨I saw the way you tried to cheer him up and he practically jumped at the chance to hang out with you alone.¨ jacob said, turning his head back to the screen. Saphire thought about it for a minute she knew he had a crush on her and she had a crush on him but ¨do you think he wants to date me?¨ she asked. “Yeah I think he does.” Jacob said. Saphire looked back at Luka. He was playing tune on his guitar, saphire smiled internally. She wanted to date him too then it was her turn to play and she had to push that out of her mind. When they were all done playing video games they went downstairs and got snacks “so what song do you think luka is writing?” winter asked. “Probably something for saphire.'' Alexey replied. Saphire sighed and went back upstairs when she got back to her room Luka was still sitting in the corner playing his guitar and she walked up to him “hey how's it going?” she said. “Just fine why aren’t you with the others?” he said. “Oh I just figured you were pretty lonely up here by yourself.” saphire replied. “Oh ok.” luka said and went back to playing his guitar. They sat like that for a minute and the saphire just listened to what luka was playing. It was her melody with a new type of emotion added into it wonder. “Why did you add wonder into the song?” she asked. “Because he can tell you're WONDER-ing about the new kids.” a voice piped in. it was henry doing a pun “haha very PUNNY henry.” saphire played along. Henry burst out laughing he laughed so hard he was rolling on the ground holding his stomach by the time the others came back upstairs from getting snacks “what’s so funny? Jacob, did you put a kick me, I'm smart, sign on my back again?” winter asked, trying to look at her back. “No he didn’t saphire just said punny.” Henry explained, still laughing. Alexey started laughing two it wasn’t everyday that saphire said punny so it was funny when she did. After everyone stopped laughing they went downstairs “bye see you tomorrow.” Luka said, waving. “Yeah bye saphire.'' Alexey said, also waving. “Bye.” saphire said as they left. Jacob, Nico, and Winter were about to leave when saphire stopped them “hey I just thought about this but do you guys have a place to stay like do you live around here?” she asked. The trio looked at eachother “no not really.” winter said finally. Saphire thought for a minute and then she got an amazing idea “follow me.” she said. She grabbed winter and Nico's wrist’s and started walking up the stairs to her parents' room with Jacob and Henry following them. when they got there she let go of winter and nico wrist’s and knocked going inside “hey mom dad is it okay if we have some kids over? their parents sent them to swellview not too long ago and they don’t have a place to stay.” she said. Her parents discussed it for a minute “of course they can stay as long as they like.” Mom said Dad nodded in agreement. Saphire smiled “thanks mom thanks dad.” she said. She grabbed winter and nico’s wrist’s and bolted down the hall to her room when they got there she realized it was a mess and started to clean it up faster than the others could see two seconds later her room was sparkling clean she had even trimmed back the branches of the tree by the window and taken them to her secret spot in the woods checked the mail and gotten some sleeping bags from junk-n-stuff for jacob, nico, and winter “h- how did you do that?” nico asked. “Yeah that was your fastest time yet!” Henry exclaimed. Saphire shrugged with a smug smile on her face “yeah well practice makes perfect I guess.” she said. “So what's the sleeping arrangement gonna be?” jacob asked. Everyone thought for a minute then Henry lit up. He obviously had an idea “how about you girls sleep in here and us boys sleep in my room?” he suggested. They all nodded in agreement. It sounded reasonable so the boys left to go set up in henry’s room and the girls set up in saphire’s room “so what do you think we’ll do tomorrow?” winter asked saphire. “Probably go to school.” saphire replied getting into her bed. Winter looked very excited about going to school “well goodnight.” she said. “Night.” saphire replied. Saphire dreamed her and luka were sitting together at her secret spot in the woods looking at the stars “oh and look at that constellation they call that one cassiopeia they say that in the old greek myths she was once the queen of aethiopia and was the wife of king cepheus and mother to princess andromeda she was very beautiful and vain and was always bausting that she and andromeda were more beautiful than the nereids that made poseidon angry he sent a monster called cetus to ravage the land king cepheus and queen cassiopeia tried to sacrifice andromeda to ease the monster poseidon rescued andromeda and made her his wife but he was still angry that cassiopeia was still not punished so he tied her to a chair in the heavens and the constellation is a representation of her punishment.'' Luka said, pointing to a constellation. “Wow that's cool.” saphire replied. “yeah I read a couple of greek myths for just some light reading.” luka said. Saphire nodded “what’s that one?” she asked pointing to a constellation of a man with a bow and arrow ready to fire. “That's Orion the hunter. He was a great huntsman and zeus and artemis put him in the heavens in ancient greek times.” luka said. Saphire chuckled “so what is ‘light reading’ to you?” she asked laughing. “Reading a book or two.” luka responded. Saphire understood that sometimes she’d open a book to read a chapter or two and the next thing she knew she would have finished reading it luka started playing a melody on his guitar a happy tune with just a little bit of a sad undertone saphire closed her eyes and listened for a minute “hey luka is something wrong?” she asked. “Hmm oh no nothings wrong.” luka replied. Saphire knew something was wrong “hey it’s ok you can tell me.” she said. Luka looked away “it’s just you look so comfortable with the new kids and I feel left out.” he said. Saphire gasped “I never meant to make you feel left out.” she said. Luka smiled then a cold breeze blew over them making saphire shiver she snuggled closer to luka “hey are you cold?” luka asked. Saphire nodded luka brought her face up to his “I can fix that.” he said. He kissed her it was the best kiss saphire had ever had butterflies exploded in her stomach and her thoughts jumbled when they pulled away luka spoke but it wasn’t his voice “saphire wake up!” it said. Her eyes flew open “what time is it?” she asked. “Almost nine now hurry up and get ready or we’ll be late for school.” Henry said. Saphire rushed to get ready without using her superspeed so that her parents didn’t suspect that she was a superhero she thought about the dream she had and sighed she wished she knew what it meant “hey henry can I tell you about something?” she asked. “Sure what is it?” Henry replied. Saphire told him about her dream “ok ok so your telling me that you had a dream that you and luka were sitting in the woods together and he kissed you?” Henry said. “Mhmm” saphire replied. “On the lips?” Henry questioned. Saphire nodded “yeah” she said. Henry’s eyes widened and a grin grew on his face “awesome!!!!!!” he exclaimed. “What’s awesome” winter said walking in the room. “Saphire had a dream that luka kissed her on the lips last night.” henry said excitedly. Winter gasped excitedly “oooooooooooooooooooohh~” she teased. “Shut up” saphire said. Just then Nico and Jacob walked in “what's goin on?” Jacob asked. Saphire told them about her dream Jacob gasped “YAS! I KNEW IT!” he exclaimed. Nico looked confused for a second and then realization hit his face and he grinned “ooooooooooooooh~ someones in love~” he teased. Saphire sighed “let’s just get to school” she said. When they got to school alexey and luka were waiting for them in front of the school “hey guys” alexey greeted. “Hey” saphire replied. “Oh look saphire there's your boyfriend~” Henry teased. “Henry you little-” saphire said. She started chasing henry “AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!” he said running for his life. Winter, jacob, nico, and alexey were laughing their heads off while poor luka stood there confused as to what was going on saphire chased henry for a solid ten minutes before they stopped “are you quite finished?” she asked henry. Henry nodded panting from running for his life “y-yeah” he said. “Good.” saphire responded. They walked back over to the others “hey henry are you good?” nico asked. Henry nodded “yep just fine thanks.” he said. Luka looked a saphire “hey what was that about?” he asked. Saphire chuckled nervously “you know henry always sticking his nose in other people's business.” saphire replied narrowing her eyes at henry. “Right…” luka said. Just then the bell rang and they had to run to their classes at lunch they all sat together “so saphire you still on for hanging out after school?” luka asked. “Yup sure am!” saphire replied happily. Luka chuckled “ok so what do you wanna do?” he said. Saphire thought for a minute and then she got an idea “we could go to the amusement park.” she said. “But how we don't have tickets?” luka questioned. “I can get us tickets.” saphire replied. They both smiled staring at each other for a few minutes “ooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhh~” Alexey said. “You guys are going on a date~?” Henry asked, smirking. ‘I swear I am going to kill these two’ saphire thought as she facepalmed “well I guess you could call it that.” luka said, rubbing the back of his neck. Saphire gaped at him “w-w-wha adfbnbsdngdggfdvmvxgvmcvgcfhcxcgbc” she said. The others laughed “you good sis?” Henry said laughing. Saphire then put her face on the table to hide her blush and inwardly screamed “hey are you ok did I do something wrong?” luka asked. saphire’s head shot up so fast her neck cracked “n-no you didn’t do anything wrong I was just surprised is all.” she said quickly. Her face was by now as red as a tomato “o-o-ok good cause I was worried that I had made you uncomfortable for a minute there.” luka said. “Oh my gods you guys are so fricking adorable” winter said. “Oh thank you.” saphire said. After school luka met saphire in front of the amusement park “hey you got the tickets.” he asked. “Yep sure do. Lets go.” saphire said, taking out the tickets. They went inside and looked around “so which ride do you want to go on first.” luka asked. Saphire thought for a minute “hmmm lets go on the teacup twirl first.” she finally said. Luka chuckled “ok lets go” he said. They went on the ride “so what one do you wanna do next luka?” saphire asked. “Ooh let's go on the pirate ship.” luka said. “O-ok~” saphire said nervously. She was terrified of heights and it was probably evident on her face that she was absolutely terrified because “hey it will be fine I’ll be right next to you ok? You’ll be fine.” luka said. “Ok.” saphire replied. They went over to the pirate ship “you ready?” luka asked. Saphire took a deep breath and nodded “ok lets go.” luka said. They got on the pirate ship and sat down then it started up low at first but got higher and higher saphire grabbed luka’s hand and squeezed it the whole ride when they got off saphire was extremely relieved “remind me never to go on that thing again” she said. “Sure thing” luka replied. Then they looked down at their hands which were still gripping each other tightly “o-oh s-sorry.” saphire stammered. She let go but luka caught her hand and held it “it’s ok I kinda like it.” he said. They both smiled and went on to the other rides and they got cotton candy and went to the photo booth and luka got saphire to try pizza flavored cricket with a promise that if she tried it he would play her a song. At the end of the day they went back to saphires house still holding hands when they got there the others were waiting at the door “how’d it go?” Henry asked. Then he saw their hands and squealed like a fangirl “oh my gosh you guys are holding hands.” he said excitedly. He continued to fangirl over it until the others decided to drag him inside
“Sorry about his fangirling. He has been doing that ever since you guys left for the park” winter said. “It’s fine” saphire replied. “Hey guys I have an idea.” Alexey said. “What is it?” Henry asked. “We should have a sleepover.” Alexey said. “But where?” saphire asked. “Here of course we could all sleep in saphires room and since today's friday we don't need to go to school tomorrow and we can just hang out and talk until we all just fall asleep.'' Alexey replied. They all nodded and went upstairs they talked and laughed and made weird faces until everyone got so tired that they could barely keep their eyes open “hey saphire do you wanna cuddle?” luka asked. Saphire nodded “yeah sure.” she said. And they fell asleep cuddling covered in saphires big comforter. The next day they woke up to saphires alarm going off saphire groaned and turned it off “why does that thing always have to go off so fricken early?” she muttered sleepily.
“I don't know but it sure is annoying.” Nico said. None of them were fully awake yet and they all groaned “hey at least it's saturday and we don't have to go to school.” Alexey said, trying to bring up the mood. Luka yawned “yay now can we go back to sleep please.” he said sleepily. “Yeah night.” saphire said and they all fell asleep. Except nico and jacob who grinned at each other and silently crawled over to saphire’s bed were saphire and luka were cuddling jacob took out his phone and snapped a few hundred pictures and showed them to nico nico grinned again and they silently devised a plan to get them to get together and then those two went back to sleep. A few hours later they woke up to piper slamming the door open “hey wake up wake up wake up!” she exclaimed. Everyone groaned “piper its to early for this go away.” saphire said rubbing her eyes. “But captain man is here!” Piper exclaimed. Saphire inwardly groaned why was he here on a Saturday so early in the morning? They all went downstairs to the living room “hello children I am here to help with finding those three a new home so that they don't have to stay here for too long.” captain man said pointing at nico jacob and winter. They all looked at eachother confused “but why? we like it here.'' Jacob said. The other two nodded “well I thought that you would appreciate it if you had proper beds instead of sleeping on the floor.” captain said. “Well then we’ll just move more beds in.” winter said. “Ok.” everyone said. They moved the beds in and and captain man left “and that does it I’m dead.” Alexey said plopping down on the couch. “Let's go get ice cream.” saphire suggested. “Oh yeah that's a great idea.” winter said. “Ooh how about Andre's sweethearts ice cream?” luka suggested. “Oh yeah his ice cream is the best.” Alexey said. They all went to andre’s sweethearts ice cream stand and saphire went up first “hmm lets see blueberry for his eyes peach for his lips and blackberry and blueberry swirl for his hair.'' Andre said. “Thanks andre.” saphire said taking the ice cream and paying. She went and sat down on a bench as luka went up andre looked at him “hmm lime for her eyes strawberry for her lips and french vanilla for her hair.” he said finally. “Thanks.” Luka said and paid. He went and sat down next to saphire and smiled “I guess now I know what flavors are fitting my description” he joked. They both laughed and everyone ate their ice creams “hmm this is surprisingly good.” saphire said taking a bite of blackberry and blueberry swirl. “What you thought it would be bad?” Alexey questioned taking a bite of blackberry ice cream. “Well I’m just not usually one to do flavors that have mixed berries in them that's all.” saphire replied. “Oh ok.” alexey said. They all talked nico even laughed with them a couple times which freaked jacob and winter out but all in all an amazing day that night winter and saphire were laying in their beds chatting when saphires watch beeped they looked at each other “I’m guessing that means we need to go.” winter said. Saphire nodded “yeah but your gonna have to stay at the mancave got it?” she said. Winter nodded “got it.” she said. They slipped out the window and ran to the mancave “whats up?” saphire asked. “We gotta go fight jeff.” ray said. “Again?” henry asked. “Afraid so.” ray said. Henry and saphire groaned they hated fighting jeff it was just too easy. After they fought jeff they were all hanging out in the mancave “hey saphire henry isn't your birthday tomorrow?” winter asked. “Mhm yeah.” henry responded. “Why?” saphire questioned. “I was wondering what you wanted for your birthday.” winter said. “Well I want a new backpack because mine is getting really old and worn out and saphire probably wants a spiderman comic or something.” Henry replied. “Actually henry I kinda wanted a notebook for drawing.” saphire responded. Winter nodded “ok so a backpack for henry and a notebook for saphire seems easy enough.” she said. The next day saphire woke up to someone jumping on top of her “wha- HENRY!” she exclaimed. Henry laughed “morning!” he exclaimed excitedly. Saphire shook her head “get off!” she said. She pushed him off the bed while laughing “ok ok I'll go jeez” henry said and left. Winter was already awake and came into the room wrapped in a towel “hey what was that about?” she asked. “Oh just henry being a total jerk.” saphire replied. “Oh jeez.” winter sighed. Just then the doorbell rang. Winter went over to the dresser and got a blue t-shirt that had Levi Ackerman on it and a pair of navy blue shorts. She went to the closet and got dressed while saphire went downstairs “I'll get it!” she said. She opened the door and saw a strange man with a balloon cart “hello I'm from babaloo balloons and I'm here to do balloon tricks for henry and sapphire hart's birthday party.” he said in a very southern accent. Saphire was confused she didn't know this guy and she was pretty sure his accent was fake but she let him in anyway “just have a seat and everyone will be here soon when everyone was downstairs and chatting the balloon guy got up and went to the front of the room “and now I will start doing tricks.” he said. He took out a gun looking thing and shot the door “HEY! YOU CAN’T DO THAT!” saphire shouted. “Oh but I’m afraid I can.” The balloon guy said his southern accent turned into a British one. Saphire gasped “oh crap we’re in trouble.” she thought. “Now if I can have a volunteer to sit in this chair to assist me for my next trick I would be quite grateful.” the balloon guy said. He looked around at everyone “how about you young lady you look quite promising.” he said pointing at saphire. Saphire shook her head “no thank you I’ll pass thanks.” she said. She knew he was trying to trick her and wasn’t going to fall for it “oh but young lady it is just a simple trick although if your nervous you don’t have to if it’s too advanced.” the man said. Saphire gasped if she didn’t do as he said she’s seen as an idiot and she knew that “ok fine.” she sighed. “Wonderful now just come sit in this chair and we can begin.” the man said. Saphire went and sat in the chair “good now if you’ll just sit still as I wrap these chains around you thank you” he said. He wrapped them around her “now just sit still and breathe in this gas please.” he said.
Sapphire did as she was told then everything went black and the last thing she heard was an evil laugh. When saphire woke up she was chained to a chair. She looked around and saw everyone else chained to chairs as well. She struggled as hard as she could without using her super strength “don’t bother trying to escape honey we already tried” mom said. Saphire stopped and looked at the balloon guy “HEY WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!” she shouted at him. He turned around “oh I know who I am. I am doctor miniac, the best scientist who ever lived and this is nurse cohort my assistant.” he said, gesturing to a woman. The woman was caramel skinned and had dark brown hair with brown eyes. She was wearing a white lab coat over a black t-shirt and a pair of jeans. “Hello” she said. Just then captain man came in and fought the two. When he was done he set all of you free and left just then luka came in the door and looked around “what happened?” he asked, clearly worried. “Captain man just kicked some villain butt!” Piper exclaimed. He sighed “ok well as long as you guys are ok.” he said. “Hey saphire can I talk to you outside for a minute?” he added. “Uh yeah ok sure.” saphire replied confused. They went outside out of earshot and saphire waited “luka what’s up?” she asked after a minute. Luka looks really nervous like really really nervous he took a deep breath and pulled out a necklace it wasn’t much just a chain with a golden ring on it “saphire you know I’ve had a crush on you for a while and well I just wanted to ask you if you would be my girlfriend.” he said nervously. Saphire gasped he wanted her to be his girlfriend. Her insides exploded with happiness as she jumped on him wrapping her arms around his neck “YES” she exclaimed. Luka smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist, spinning her around laughing. They were both so happy they didn’t notice that henry, nico, and jacob saw the whole thing fist bumping each other their favorite couple had finally gotten together.
