After Elena asked for all of us to leave we walk out to the living room and everyone is anxious.
"Does anyone know how she got shot?"I ask
I still don't know she was on there side of the car park so how?
"She ran Infront of us befor we got hit and that's why we didn't get hurt but she did"nicolo explained.
"And was she really going to sell us out"Luca asked with tears in his eyes
"She said she said it so she got took instead of all of us"Dante said
"What about the other mafias does she know them?"Emilio asked trying to take his mind of the dinning room.
"What mafias?"grandpa asked
"She told the Greeks that if they took her she could help take down the french,Russian and Italian Mafias but when we asked she said she didn't know them I don't believe her"Enzo said
"This really isn't the time to be a causing her"nick spoke up.
"She's bleeding out on that table right now to save you and you guys still carnt trust her you know what?"he asked
"What?"Franco asked
"You guys believeing she'd just sell you out would probably hurt her more than any bullet"he said looking at the dinning room door.
"Who are you?"aria asked
"Nick Elena's best friend"he said looking to her.
She was about to say something before we got intorupted by Leone shouting.
"Fuck"
We all look at each other before quickly making our way back to the dinning room.
"What happened?"Isabella asked with tears streaming down her face.
"I don't know how she is still awake and breathing she should be dead by now"Leone said but more to himself
"What do you mean?"Alessandro asked
"She got shot in the chest not far from her heart"he said looking down at her.
How the fuck did she hide that?
Why does she look so calm?she's dying
"Is there anything you can do?"I ask Leone
She carnt die we bearly know her yet and she carnt die protecting us.
We should be the ones dieing now not her.
"I can try but she's loosing too much blood"he said wiping a tear away.
"Why's everyone crying I thought you guys where heartless"Elena piped up in a tired voice.
"Your family and your dieing we can be unhappy"Luca said crying.
"I know you don't have to point it out I can feel it"she mummbled with a smile
"Why are you smiling I though you where heartless"Dante mimicked
"Im not heartless I just show limited people I have one"she said seriously.
"And what about us?"I ask
"Well I'll see if you try to use me first"she said looking at me
What did she mean?
"We wouldn't use you"Dante said firmly
"You don't know my secrets"she said looking at us
I was worried about her one she was loosing way too much blood and it was taking Leone far too long to get his hands sanitized and her breathing was shallow
"What secret?"dad asked her
"I'll tell you guys later"she said
"Really?"nick asked shocked
"They told me there's "she said looking at him and he nodded
"At this rait Your gonna need a blood transfusion"Leone said
"No"she said firmly
"Youl die without it"he replied
"Then I'll die"she said dead serious
"I'm not letting that happen"
"Then I'll survive without the blood"
"You won't"
"Watch me"she said looking him dead in the eye
"I need you shirt off can someone help me"he asked the last bit looking at us.
I nodded but before I could lift her up she sat up lifted her top over her head and laid back down.
What the fuck is wrong with her
Did that not hurt?
"Did that not hurt you?"Enzo asked with shock on his face.
"Like hell"she mummbled.
"Ok this is going to hurt you ready"Leone asked
"Yea"she said closing her eyes tiredly while we just watch as Leone pours alcohol on her chest drenching her sports bra in it and tryin gto get the bullet out of her chest.
"Carlo"Elena mumbled
"What wrong the pain too much"I ask franticly
"No the pains good I was wondering if you would mind me playing with one of your rings?"she asked confusing me.
"Yea sure here"I said passing her one of my rings that had a small dragon on it
"Thanks"she said eyes closed with a small smile.
I look to everyone and they all look curious except nick who is rolling his eyes.
"What?"Emilio asked seeing the same thing
"She needs to stop lying"he said looking at Emilio
We look at him confused so he continued"shes in pain she playing with the ring to distract herself"
"I'm not lying I never said I wasn't in pain I said I'm ok and witch I am"she explained breathlessly
"Your also bord aren't you?"nick asked
"I am actually listening to everyone talk about me is boring"she said in between breaths
"Elena I need you to breath properly I still carnt find the bullet"Leone said still searching for the bullet.
"What the fuck do you think I'm trying to do"she said annoyed before adding"I can feel where it is I'll guide you"he nodded
"Ok go down"she said and he put the tweezers in her chest.
"Down"
"Down"
"Stop"he looked at her waiting for the next move
"My left a little bit"she said spinning my ring harder but she didn't look in pain.
She can hide it well.
"Stop,you should feel something solid yea that's the ice around my heart"she said with a smirk causing us all to laugh.
"No but you should feel something solid and the bullets there do you feel it?"she asked he nodded
"I've got it"he said pulling it out and all of a sudden more and more blood just started to pool out
"I hope you guys like red"Elena smiled eyes closing slowly.
Her struggling breaths stop and the hole room goes silent.
"Elena"I said surching for a pulse and Nick and Alessandro run over to help but with no luck.
"There's no pulse"
