Mordo flipped over Strange and tried to attack with his sword from above, but Strange blocked it with his magical shields. Mordo, mid-air, ran across the air with his boots and then tackled Strange. He tried to stab him again, but his cloak caught the sword and threw it away before Strange threw Mordo off of him. Both tumbled onto a platform, a few feet away from each other. Mordo got onto one knee as Strange was pushing himself up, "You were supposed to be the best of us, Stephen!" Mordo yelled at him.

Both got up onto their feet, "I did what I had to do. If I hadn't we would've lost our entire reality." Strange defended.

"Then Doctor fate would have stepped in! But no." Mordo summoned a ball of blue fire in his hands, "The fate of the world must always lie on the Magnificent Stephen Strange!" Mordo threw a fire ball at him, which Strange caught in his hand. Strange spun around, the fire now turning into a stream of water.

The water stream shot at Mordo, which he moved around himself to avoid them. But the stream kept going. More and more water began to surround Mordo until he was completely surrounded by a ball of it. Mordo still luckily kept the water from devouring him. Strange then shot the water back, confusing and surprising Mordo. A smirk appeared on Strange's face before he snapped his fingers and the water turned into fire, which quickly shot at Mordo. A smoke engulphed where Mordo previously was.

Strange let out a long breath of relief. The smoke finally cleared, revealing Mordo crouching under a hemisphere shield. Strange rolled his eyes before Mordo removed the shield and stood up straight, "I have gotten stronger since our last encounter, Strange." Mordo told him.

"Power you got from other sorcerers that you stole and killed in the process." Strange... corrected.

Mordo groaned from frustration, "Again with this. Our world is being corrupted by rule breaking sorcerers, like you, from the start! When you become a sorcerer, you take on that responsibility to uphold the order of the universe-"

"And you think that's what you're doing!?" Strange questioned.

Mordo's hands began to get covered by a dark red energy, "Better than you." And he threw his arm forward, shooting out red balls of magic.

Strange conjured small magical shields and shot them out, blocking each other incoming attacks, "That we'll have to disagree on."

Spider-Man avoided another shot from Abra Kadabra's wand. he landed atop a staircase where he could get some cover. M'gann and Kaldur landed beside him as Superboy charged at the enemy. "This guy's quite something." Peter joked.

"We gotta get the wand away from him." Kaldur told them as they peered from around the cover to see how Superboy was doing. Artemis was flipping over every shot being fired at her and avoiding them as Superboy charged through each shot.

"What about your telekinesis?" Peter suggested to M'gann.

"I tried that already." She replied. Suddenly, Abra had enough and sent out a shockwave from his wand, knocking Superboy and Artemis back. As they were downed, he formed an electric shield around them, making them unable to escape. Superboy and Artemis screamed in pain as Arba smirked widely.

M'gann's eyes widened, "I gotta help them!" she said and flew in.

Kaldur tried grabbed her leg to stop her, "Wait, no!" he ordered. It was too late. M'gann was charging towards Abra, but he quickly turned and shot her down. She tumbled across the ground before he formed an electric barrier around her as well.

Abra, realizing where M'gann came from, turned to look at the steps Kaldur and Peter were taking cover from, seeing them peering from around the edge. Peter's eyes widened and Abra shot at their cover with his wand. Spider-Man, who had much quicker reflexes, managed to jump and avoid the shot, unlike Kaldur, who was shot down. Abra then did the same thing he did with the rest of the team to Kaldur.
