This one year was hell for taehyung, he graduated from University and became CEO  of his father's company.

he broke everything with aeri, but jungkook never forgave him, he even can't forgive himself,

Jin was somehow warm with him and often tell him about jungkook's whereabouts..

jungkook deep in his heart still loves taehyung, yet the wound of taehyung 's betrayal was so deep that it was hard for jungkook to forgive tae...

he decided to move on with life and achieve his dreams for his daughter,, he is joining the same university again where he met tae almost 3 years ago .   

on his babies death anniversary he went to meet her again as he was leaving for Seoul in the evening,,

in this one year ,the only picture of his daughter that was taken by a nurse when she was alive, became the source of his strength...

he kissed the picture in his wallet and put the flowers on her grave..he said goodbye to his girl , and walked towards the path of Seoul for a new tomorrow,,

taehyung also went to see her ,,he met Jin in busan and came to know about kook moving back to Seoul..

Now jungkook is not a naive , happy teenager, he is a 22 years old adult with a painful past.

He was cold , introvert and expressionless,, a glimpse of old Jungkook can only be seen when he was at orphanage with the kids,,,

Jungkook signed up himself as a volunteer in an orphanage in Seoul.

The orphanage was managed by mr. Kim (taehyung's father).. he never met taehyung's parents in the past..

he was focused on his aim now,, he didn't tried to be friends with anyone,, some students tried to bully him as he was older than other second year students, yet he never paid attention to them,,

some seniors and even juniors showed their interest in him, but he politely decline all of them.. he has started hating the word

" love",,

however deep in his heart he still didn't hate the person he once loved dearly..

every weekend he spent most of his time in orphanage,,he would bake cookies for the kids,,

he also met mr. Kim many times, yet both were unknown with the connection they had..

Mr. Kim liked jungkook a lot, he saw how Jungkook was loving and caring along with being hardworking,

at the same time he saw immense pain in the boys doe eyes,, he wanted to lessen the burden of that pain.,,

kids in the orphanage were also too fond of him..

on 20th anniversary of orphanage a small party was arranged,,only some volunteers, kids and Kim family will be the part of celebration ,,

jungkook was also got invited by mr. Kim ,, he wanted his son to meet jungkook and if they like each other he will gladly want jungkook's to become his  son- in-law,,

when taehyung came back from busan one year ago, he was in a bad condition,, he broken up his engagement with aeri,,

his parents wanted his boyfriend to become his husband,, but taehyung clearly told them his ex-boyfriend now hates him,, and taehyung will not get marry with anyone..

taehyung was there only son,, he committed a sin, but they are parents,they want to see taehyung happy in life and only a loving partner can heal him...

what they don't know is jungkook is the boy , taehyung broken to the core.. taehyung's mother is also aware of her husband's wish.. she has already met jungkook and had accepted him as a son..

On the day of party kids were enjoying, dancing and singing,, jungkook baked a cake for all of them .

One can see smile on his face only when he was in orphanage,, in university he got the name of "resident bad boy " or " ice Prince" ,,

number of girls and boys are swooning over him,, but he doesn't have any feelings in his heart to return them..

he was dancing with the kids , when his wallet fall out from his pocket,, one of the kids picked it up and gave it to mrs. Kim..

she opened it to saw the belongings so that she can find the owner of the wallet.

Her eyes welled up seeing the picture in the wallet ,, it was the same picture of a small baby girl, she has once saw in her son's pocket.. he had this picture framed and kept on his office table and his room table..

she has seen his son crying and begging for forgiveness in front of their granddaughter's photo..

she saw jungkook frantically finding something on the table,,then he saw his wallet was on mrs. Kim's hand who was standing near the table with a dazed expression..

jk: thankyou mrs. Kim ..

he hurriedly checked the photo.. 

mrs. Kim saw relief in kook's eyes watching the photo .. one of the kids hold kook's hand and dragged him to dance with him,, jungkook giggled and took him in his arms and started dancing...

taehyung was driving towards the orphanage,he was out of the country from last 15 days,, he knew Kook was in Seoul,,,yet he couldn't muster the courage to face him,, the weight of his sin was to heavy on his shoulder to even look at kook in eyes..

he talked to Jin hyung who told him that kook has properly settled down in his apartment.. he used to live in dorms earlier,but now he wants to stay alone...

when taehyung reached at the orphanage, party was finished, volunteers were helping in cleaning up the space..

a small girl of almost 5 years came to him and handed him a small plate with a piece of cake in it..

" see, taetae I saved cake for you"

taehyung kissed her forehead,,she giggled and ran away,, when he took the first bite of the cake,, his heart fill with guilt,,

he knew this taste, once a boy who he took for granted ,, used to bake a cake for him everytime he wanted,

then his gaze fell upon the boy who was cradling a toddler in his arms to sleep.. jungkook felt eyes on him, he looked around and saw , a pair of brown eyes , who were once had the power to make him shy,, staring at him longingly,,

he can easily read the emotions in those eyes, longing,love, regret and guilt,,

however kook's eyes are same that tae has saw the morning after his suicide attempt,, Blank and emotionless.
