I looked into your eyes
So full of light
You touched me all over
Made me burn bright
The kisses you laid
Upon my lips
Were light as feathers
Your hands on my hips
The loving words
You whispered in my ear
Sent shivers down my spine
For my soul to hear
But now I've looked
In your eyes too long
Your light has blinded me
All beauty is gone
Your kisses were acid
In a clever disguise
It drips down my throat
Where it eats me alive
The words you whispered
Were actually knives
They stabbed my soul
I wish I'd just die
For if I don't
I'll forever think
This was all my fault
So the lower I'll sink
In the darkness below
Where I'll no longer function
