During my free time after my first quest, I was 'resting'. In reality, I was making my first adventurer outfit.
I say first because I know it will either get destroyed, or it would become too low level as I go on.
As worked on my suit, I conveniently got some flashbacks after Nathan brought me back to the mansion and made (totally wasn't forced) me take my first drink.
I remember waking up surrounded by a huge pile of money that I knew it wasn't from the budget they normally give me.
/All guards made sure to not make bets with a drunk Izuku Yagi as they will lose with no chance of winning\
Anyways I finished making my outfit.

This new outfit looks sweet if I do say so myself, which I do.

For the next few weeks, Nathan took me on a peaceful tour, totally not taken into other hunting quests.
Many involved Nathan tossing me into combat and forcing me fight for survival.
I did get better under his "teaching", but I hated every ounce of it.
COURAGE, from what I found, is a soul trait. Very rare for a person to unlock one. It is said a person can feel full when finding their trait. While I do feel full, I still feel empty in a way.
Ah, I'm mumbling, COURAGE allows me to enhance my physical abilities like reflex, strength, and speed.
That's it, although it has a strange orange glow whenever it's activated.
Today was the same as always, trying to survive the daily training, breakfast, and out for a quest. Although it's somewhat different.
Nathan decided to bring Lloyd and his party with us.
I decided to troll Lloyd a little and I pushed him lightly. He trips on a tree root and falls face first on some mud.
He screams and shouts profanities at his party as they laugh all up in his face.
He kinda reminds me of Bakugo.
Nathan: Ok, we set camp here. Izuku, look around for firewood. Lloyd, go collect water.
I could see Lloyd was about to say "Don't tell me what to do!" but realizing who he was about to yell at and stopped. I snickered to myself.
I began to pick up usable rubble for fire, killed the occasional goblin and slime, and returned to our little camp.
My meal was prepared my one of Lloyd's companions, a young mage by the name of Sara Lisbeth Hill.
She's pretty cute, her golden blonde hair flows wildly, yet elegant. Her bright cyan blue eyes glimmering around the darkening sky. She's also a writer and spends her time writing random words and seeing what works for her.
I miss my notebook, I wish I could just make it appear out of thin air, that would be cool. But woulditevenbepossibleImeanitsnotnormalbuthereitmightbe-
I quickly turn my head and focused on the bushes.
Sara: Something wrong Izuku? You're not eating your meal.
"I heard something."
Sarah: Ymene Gninnacs... There's something behind the bushes.
I got closer while unsheathing my sword.
"OH MY GOD!!!!"
I put my sword away and picked up a little ball of slime.
"ADORABLE!"
Lloyd: Really dude, a baby slime? Just kill it.
Sara: Let him be, what you gonna name it kid?
3rd POV
Everyone there saw the stars in his eyes as he exclaimed his new companion's name.
