She's here for real

Brianna held the baby for around 30 minutes until I saw her getting tired that she almost fell asleep but she was fighting it. The small baby in her arms started fuss.

"I think she wants her daddy" I said as I held my arms out for her. Finally holding her in my arms after waiting months is something no one can ever explain. 

At the moment a nurse came in and helped us move in to a private room. I helped bri while the nurse wheeled Luna in her crib.

Once we were settled in. I took Luna into my arms again as Brianna fell asleep.

"Hi Luna, I'm your daddy" I said and her eyes fluttered at the sound of my voice.

I walked around the room rocking her gems and quietly talking to her. After 15 minutes I laid her down on the crib that the hospital gave us I sat on the couch smiling at the two girls in front of me.

After a few minutes I left the room and pulled out my phone to call our families to tell them that she has arrived. Both of our parents were excited and were coming later afternoon.

I entered the room again and saw them still asleep. I decided to take a nap. with all that happened today I was in a heck of a emotional wreck roller coaster.
