My ego can't let you read this poem
For I can't show you how vulnerable I am
But a part of me also craves for your attention to see this
I hope this poem reaches you
And as you read each line
I hope you realize that they're all about you
I hope you realize how reckless you were
I hope you realize how you mercilessly wrecked me
Thanks for the butterflies you've given me
It was romantic while it lasted
However, they became monsters and ate me to death while I was breathing
