Nagising na lang ako ng mag-beep yong phone ko, I reach for my phone and I half awake reading the message, na gising na lang buong kaluluwa ko ng matapos kung basahin ang isang sentence sa message ng tatay ko
"What the!" I freak out. Immediately went to Mr. Dots room
"Hey, open the door" I knocked the door hardly, for the seconds passed the door was opened
"What's your problem?" His brow shut up
"Did your parents already informed you?" I stated while biting my lips
"Informed?" He looked at me confused "Just tell me what exactly it's" he said calmly
"They adjust the day of the engagement party" I said frustrated
"You're more concerned about that, it's a simple party at pareho naman nating ayaw yon or baka may meaning yon para sayo" he said plainly
What the hell he is talking about? Ganon ba s'ya kagwapo para bigyan ko ng meaning yon?. I bitten my lips to hide my irritation
"Mukha ba akong nakikipag-biruan sayo" I rolled my eyes
"It's too early to be grumpy in the morning hood" he laughed teasing me
"You're so annoying" I rolled my eyes and walk away
"By the way what time will the engagement party start?" He asked
"6pm" I answered him shortly
"Six in the morning?" He confusely asked
"I don't know if your a shithead or a bubblehead" I state irritated "Then attend the engagement party that time" I fakely smile and walk away
"Relax hood I was teasing you" he laughed
"You really an annoying guy, I didn't know what should I do to you, should I dumped you or should I hired an assassin to finish you off" I stated utterly while smiling horribly
"You're kinda horrible person hood" he laughed at me again
I just rolled my eyes and go to my room to prepared myself
It's already 5pm in the noon and I was waiting for Mr. Dots to come out, and I was wearing a rose gold sleeveless satin midi dress and a paired of crystal heels and my hair was fixed with side bun and I bring a white pursue with me
"I'm sorry to let you wait hood" he look at me with a teasing look
"Can you stop looking at me that way, mas lalong nakakairita" iritang irita kung sabi sa kanya
"Every women I looked, they start drooling over me" he grinned
"Kung ikaw lang din naman ang tititig sa akin, wag na lang tyaka alam mo nakakasuka yang pagmumukha mo kaya walang talab sa akin yan" I confronted him while I was forcing to smile
"I know you loved it too hood, you don't need to hide it" he said monotone
"Drop dead already" I rolled my eyes and walk away
"Hood your going in a wrong way" he suddenly shouted so I startled and tripped into a stone, when I am about to fall he immediately hold my waist saving my ass
He fucking save me, ohh god, every second passed we still on that position and I kinda felt a butterflies in my stomach, how could this be happening?
"Can you stop clinging on me? I am already safe" I stated annoyed
"I save your ass hood" he sarcastically stated
"What now?" My brow shut up
"Just say the magic word hood" he smirked
He smirked and I know he have a suspicious planned
"Thank you" I states calmly
"It's too short, add some thank you hubby you're really dependable" he looked at me while smirking
"Yuck it's too clingy, at kahit na mamatay ako hinding hindi ko yan sasabihin,tama na yong nag thank you ako sayo" I force a smile
"Kahit na halikan kita dito?" He bite his lips while looking at my lips
"Dimwit maniac" I show my middle finger "kiss this" and I march to the car
After a minutes, nakarating na kami sa venue kung saan gaganapin yong engagement party namin. Mr. Dots gave me his hand and I gave him a puzzled look
"Mas slow kapa sa pagong" pinilit n'yang inabot yong kamay ko at may ibinulong sa akin "cooperate with our act hood" he wrap his hand on my waist
"You sexually harassing me!" I whispered
"You're my future wife so I can touch what ever I want" a smirk plastered on his face
"CRAZY MANIAC"
"Finally you're already here" his mom stated
"The ring is on the top of the cake, wear it" singit naman ng mama ko
"Ako na po ang kukuha, stay here hood" he planted a kiss on my forehead and leave
The fuck, ito ba yong sinasabi n'yang makicooperate ako, tangina nakaka dalawa na sa akin yong tuldok na yon
My mom and his mom surprisingly shocked from what they saw, may nakita akong kakilala ko kaya nilapitan ko s'ya para makatakas sa walang tigil na tanong nila
"Hi, mark what are you doing here?" I asked even though I already know the answer
"My father was invited and he hoop me in" he gave me a glass of wine
"Thank you"
"So what are you doing he-" before he could finish his sentence, a wild animal wrap his hand on my waist
"I'm looking for you" he said monotone, he reach my hand and wear the ring in my ring finger
"Ohh, you already engaged" a smile faded on his face
"Yeah, "I was engaged with a foolish one" I murmured, still faking my smile
"I hope for your strong relationship" he left
"Who is he?" His forehead furrowed
"Nothing, one of my classmate" his expression didn't change
"What?... Wait are you jealous?" I looked at him thrilled "You're fucking kidding me dots"
"Why would I?" he paused a little "you're going to be my wife hood" he answered me back
"I'm not going to be your wife in feelings but in paper" I forced to smile
"Then let's do it with feelings" he tightened the grip on my waist. I avoid his gaze
I utterly speechless, this man is getting on my nerves. I can't predict if his joking or no, your good at hiding your feelings dots
"Your thinking?" Gyo asked
"Uhmm, yes"
"Nag-iisip ka pala" he opened up a joke to change the atmosphere
"What are you doing here?, I don't remember that I invited you" I stated
"My father was invited"
"Your getting married without knowing your friends"he said in his calmest voice
"Hindi na nila kailangan malaman, ikakasal lang naman ako dahil sa papel, hindi kami ikakasal dahil mahal namin ang isa't isa" I forcelly smile and he suddenly gave me a comforting hug
"Ikaw na si Taeh, alam kung malalagpasan mo to, always remember our motto" he rubbed my back
"Even in the most difficult of times, there is always a hidden blessing that exists under all the superficial stuff that we so frequently see. There is always a rainbow waiting to burst forth after the rain." Together we said the words we hold on to every time we're having a hard time as if the words is the reason why we're still going on in life
"Tough times never last, but tough people do" his litterly cheering me
