Dylan Cameron

"Okay let's get you to bed" Gavin says walking me through the front door

The night had most definitely did not turn out to be how I expected. Instead of it being a night filled with drunk dancing, careless small talk, and jokes, it instead turned into a brawl. It started when these girls started talking about Lola's weight and then it ended with drink and punches being thrown. At the end of it, we all had got kicked out and we were all pretty much still drunk and on a high.

"I'm not tired" i slurred out

"Me neither. Not after that" Aspen says smiling with her eyes closed

"I don't care. We are going to lay down. We will see you guys in the morning" Gavin says grabbing my hand and dragging me upstairs

I pout a little before turning to look at everyone else. They all wave, not really knowing what else to do at the moment. I continue following him up the stairs, almost losing my footing in the process. I stumble again as I try walking through our bedroom door. I flip on the bed with a lazy smile as he closes the door.

"Let's get your shoes off" he says kneeling i front of me

"It's hot" i groan

He doesn't say anything as he walks away to the bathroom closing the door. I start undressing before getting in the bed with just my bralette and underwear on. Gavin comes out of the bathroom carrying my makeup wipes in his hand.

"Sit up" he says sitting on the bed in front of me

"Are you mad at me?" I ask as he wipes the makeup off my face

"No" he says grabbing another wipe and wiping my face for a second time

Before I can say anything, he gets up and comes back with a washcloth and my cleanser I'm his hand.

"Can you come in the bathroom so I can wash your face?" He asks softly

I groan before throwing my blanket off of my body. His eyes drop before quickly moving his gaze in another direction. I jump up on the counter so he can wash my face for me.

"You promise you're not mad?" I ask with my eyes closed

"Did you really have to fight the girl and her boyfriend?" He asks

"They had it coming. They kept messing with us the whole night and then wanted to start throwing drinks? They were asking for a fight Gavin" I tell him

"But you had to start throwing punches at the guy?" He asks raising his voice slightly

"So you would rather me get bullied by a grown man? Good to know" I roll my eyes

I jump off the counter and walk back to the bed. Why would i allow a grown man to throw drinks and insults at me the whole night without doing anything? That makes no sense.

"I'm not saying to just let it happen. I'm just saying pick and choose your battles. What if he actually hit you back? That could have ended a lot worse than getting kicked out, Dylan" he says laying beside me

"I get that but you seem mad because I stood up and fought back" i say not turning to look at him

"I'm not mad at all. I was more worried than mad but I'm happy you stood up for yourself. You looked pretty badass" he says leaning over to kiss my cheek

"You're just saying that" I say still not rolling over

"No I'm not. It was really hot" he says

He rolls me over to face him, moving my hair out of my face. He continues to stare at me with that smile of his. I was enjoying it, as well as the feeling of being tipsy at the moment.

"How about you show me how much then"
