It didn't matter how close Mason lived from her job, she was always late. She lived three subway stations from Penn Station but still, it was 08:58 and she was just exiting the subway station.

That day was very important, Harry Styles was starting his residency at Madison Square Garden and everything had to be perfect for the occasion.

Mason ran straight into her office and started her computer just when the clock said 09:02, she had barely made it.

"Mason! How many times do I have to tell you?" Joshua Herrero, Production Director at Madison Square Garden, aka Mason's boss, said as soon as he saw her

"I know Josh, but I'm only two minutes late, it's not even bad" Mason defended herself as she logged into her computer

"I told you to come half and hour early to prepare everything, Jeff is coming today with Harry and the whole team" He told her the same thing he had been telling her the previous days

"Everything is under control" Mason stated as she grabbed some papers with all the information she needed for that day "Harry is staying with Jeff tonight at their hotel before he moves into his apartment in Chelsea tonight. The hotel is in the Meatpacking district and considering traffic at this hour, they will be fifteen minutes late" The girl showed a proud smirk to which Josh just rolled his eyes

"Just have everything ready" He said exiting the room

Mason was right when she said they would be fifteen minutes late, the only thing is that Jeff arrived alone with his assistant, no sight of Harry. She took that time to organise her team, which consisted of her Artist Relations Assistants, Tessa and Nick, who would be in charge of Harry's opening act, band and team.

"I can't believe Harry is here again. He was so nice last year" Tess said

She is a bubbly blonde girl with bright blue eyes from San Francisco, California with big dreams in the music industry that made her move to New York City.

"Oh yeah he was a nice view" Nick agreed with her making the two girls laugh

Nick is funniest and more loyal friend a girl would ever want. A young boy from Michigan that moved to New York for the same reason as everyone, following a dream.

Together with Mason, they were more than just a team, they were best friends and she wouldn't trade them for anything.

"Nick, c'mon" Mason looked at him after his comment

"Sorry boss, but you will see" The boy told her going back to look at the papers in his binder

"I can't believe you missed his shows last year, Mase" the blond girl looked at her friend

"Yeah, but it was my nonna's 80th birthday and we went to Salerno to celebrate" Mason reminded them

Last year Harry Styles had shows during Halloween that became pretty memorable, but Mason couldn't be there for them. It was her grandmother's birthday and her whole family decided to visit their relatives in Italy to celebrate.

"Aw, I love your grandma" Nick pouted

"And she loves you" Mason smiled at him in return

They had a quick team meeting before Mason was called to meet Jeff for everything to be perfectly clear before everyone's arrival.

"Okay, now that work is settled, I want to know how you are so unbothered Mase, I know you loved One Direction" Tess said as she stood up from her chair and went to grab a coffe

"I have to be professional Tess, plus I was more of a Zayn girl" Mason replied cheekily

"She's so gonna fangirl" Nick stated to which Tess agreed

"Okay first of all, Josh would kill me, and second, I am professional" the dark haired girl said while reading a message on her phone "Guys Josh needs me, I'll see you later, text me if you need anything" Mason told her team before running out the door

"Hello Mason" Jeff Azoff shook her hand as he stood before Josh

They knew Jeff very well. He was one of the most important people in the music industry and was managing a lot of important artists that usually olay at Madison Square Garden.

"Hello Jeff, how is everything?" The girl asked politely

"Perfectly fine, how is your team" the older man asked

"I was just with them, everything is ready" Mason assured him

"Perfect, Harry is already here so I will grab him and come back" Jeff informed

"Perfect" Josh nodded

As soon as Jeff was out the door, Josh turned to look at Mason. The two men had been in s meeting the last hour so she expected changes.

"Lloyd, the photographer is also coming today, I know you sent and email but can you please inform him again about out marketing strategy?" Josh told her

"Yeah, no problem" Mason smiled

Just a few moments later Jeff reappeared, but now with a lot of people following him.

Mason was introduced to everyone in Harry's team, but Nick had been right, he was a nice view. The fifteen year old girl in her was screaming with enthusiasm to be standing in front of THE Harry Styles. She could work with a lot of famous people, but she was still a fangirl.

What she noticed the most were his eyes, she had read about them and seen them in a lot of videos, but none did justice to the battle of green and blue going on in his eyes, it was mesmerizing.

"Mr. Styles, this is Artist Relations Director a d Production Assistant, Ms. DeLuca" Josh introduced her

"Just Mason is fine" she corrected

"Cool name" Harry smiled at her and it was the first time Mason saw his dimples

There was no doubt Harry is an attractive man, but she had to do her job and remain professional, no fangirling allowed.

"Thanks" she smiled back

Mason then separated from the team and took Lloyd, the team's photographer to another room to go over their marketing policies again.

The evening came and it was time for everyone to go home.

"Drinks and gossip?" Nick asked his two girl friends

"Deal" Mason agreed without hesitation

"It's tuesday" Tess told them

"And?" the other two laughed knowing very well that they would be home late that night
