I smiled softly at Meric, as I pulled him closer to me.

"May I kiss you again Meric?" I asked him softly. He nodded and I pulled him in gently, letting our lips touch gently. Our movements were in sync and feather light, not wanting to scare each other off. I felt Meric move my other hand to the base of his wings. I stiffened slightly, but got the hint that it was alright for me to touch his wings gently. I brushed my hand over his wing carefully, and felt him melt into me, shuddering slightly. We pulled away from the kiss and his face was slightly flushed.

"I-i uh." Meric started, still flustered from the kiss. "We can go farther if you want Ruski, I feel safe with you." He finished averting his gaze from me.

"I'll only go if you're fully comfortable with it Meric, we can go as slow or fast as you want, you can set the pace." I told him gently.

"Thank you Ruski." He replied softly, hugging me tightly.

"Anytime Meric." I told him softly. I carefully stood up, picking him up in the process. I walked us over to our bed and sat down with him in my lap. It didn't take long for us to hear screaming from outside.

"I don't want to go out there, the military, NATO and NASA can handle it, I genuinely don't want to deal with Brazil anymore." Meric spoke quietly.

"We don't have to Meric, we can just stay in here if that's what you want." I replied kindly.

"Did I ever show you the balcony?" He asked curiously.

"No you didn't." I told him gently. He carefully got off my lap and signaled me to follow him. I got up and walked over to him and watched as he opened a curtain near the bathroom door and showed the balcony he had mentioned. He opened the glass door and walked outside. I followed him out and looked around in awe.

"Beautiful isn't it?" He asked.

"Not as beautiful as you." I replied teasingly. I saw him flush slightly and walk over to me.

"Feel free to look around, I'll be in the corner over there overseeing the yard." Meric told me, walking over to the corner he pointed out. I looked around his balcony and saw a door. I made a mental note of the door and continued to look around making notes of the telescope on the rail and the small table and chairs near Meric. I walked back over to him and hugged him from behind.

"Meric, what's that door in the corner near the telescope?" I asked him.

"The music room, me and Dixie don't use it much anymore, but it's there if we want to make music without being heard." He replied softly. I hummed in acknowledgement and kissed the top of his head gently. "There should be an alcohol chest out here, it might have some Vodka in it if you want some." He told me.

"I'm fine for now Meric, but thanks for the offer." I declined gently. He nodded softly and leaned into the hug. I smiled a bit. "Should we head back into the room now Meric?" I asked him softly.

"Yea, I have a feeling everyone is heading to bed anyway." He replied carefully. I nodded and led us back into the room, closing the door and curtain as we walked in. We saw Mexico, Canada and Confederate sitting in the room.

"Hey guys." Meric greeted them. I did the same and led him to the bed and sat down next to him.

"You should've seen the Brazilian ass take the walk of shame to his room with Army and Marine hold guns to his back, escorting him like a criminal to his room." Canada expressed, amused with the situation.

"It was funny as hell, Brazil couldn't do anythin' but take the hits, 59 paintballs to the crotch, and 25 to the face." Dixie spoke wildly, clearly happy with the kids course of actions.

"I'm glad you three had fun watching the kids torture our new guest, I'm pretty sure they rigged his room." Meric told them, amused with their excitement. As if on que we heard screaming from the Brazilian's room. We all started laughing and Meric asked for the video via text to NASA. "We are so watching that later." He spoke, joy evident in his voice.

"We love the kids, but they are little demonios when they want to be." Goldie told us, clearly happy that we raised them right. (Demons)

"You have a point Goldie, you three should head to bed it's late." Meric told them. They nodded and said their good nights and went off to their rooms for the night. Once they left, I laid us down in our bed and pulled Meric into the small spoon position, and he cuddled into me happily. It didn't take long for us to fall asleep.

~dream~

I woke up in a somewhat familiar place and the more I looked around it looked like Brazil's old apartment. 'Why am I back here? What am I doing here anyway?' I thought to myself, still looking around for anything out of the ordinary.

"Ame~ I made breakfast~." I heard Brazil call out, I groaned internally. I got up reluctantly and walked out to where I heard his voice. "Good morning Ame~." He cooed weirdly. I opted not to eat breakfast and sat on the couch in the corner.

"Morning Brazil." I replied blankly, not really in the mood to speak to him at the moment. He walked over and tried slipping his arm around my waist. I quickly pinned him to the couch and reminded him of the agreement. "I don't have time for this, you have no power over me, and you never will." I told him sternly, letting him go, I watched the world around me melt into a serene field of flowers, and I finally felt at peace, knowing I finally broke free of the chain that held me and Brazil together. I ran through the field happily and started to dance with pride and joy.

~reality/morning~

I woke up feeling a huge weight lifted from my shoulders and cuddled into the sleeping Russian next to me. I stayed like this until I heard a knock on the door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"It's South, can I come in North?" Dixie asked.

"Yea." I told my brother, he walked in quickly and sat down in the chair across from me. "Did you need something Dix?" I asked him.

"I was just coming to check on ya North, I felt you break the trauma link with Brazil last night, and wanted to make sure you were alright." He explained. I smiled at him and got off the bed carefully.

"Yea, I was tired of feeling afraid of him, I'm just glad it worked. Who's taking care of breakfast, or are we having one of those days?" I asked my twin.

"One of those days, NASA already went out and ordered the usual and some extra for our friends, though I'm pretty sure Brazil is going to end up drugged by days end." South replied.

"That makes sense." I agreed. I looked at the sleeping Russian and gently shook him. He stirred slightly and greeted us.

"I'm glad to see you doing better Meric." Russia told me. I agreed with him and led us to the living room with a bright smile on my face. Once we got there I saw the assortment of donuts and other baked goods we'd normally eat for breakfast on days like this. I pulled Russ to the couch and sat us both down. I reached for two donuts and passed one to Russ. It didn't take long for everyone to finish eating, and start talking and finding moves to watch for the day. The kids settled on musicals and kicked it off with Disney princesses, which had the funniest reactions from the other countries, but they rolled with it and it didn't bother them when the kids started singing along and being petty to Brazil and Britain. Though the two countries being targeted didn't take to kindly to it, but a quick flash of Dixie's gun shut them up. We did this for hours until NASA decided it was time for lunch and left to pick it up. The movies were paused until he returned, and the kids were still being petty and continued to mess with Brazil and Britain. Which made everyone's day, as I broadcasted the video NASA sent me last night that showed Brazil falling for every trap in his room and screaming like a little girl. It's one thing to have 13 states being petty with Britain, but having all 64 kids being petty towards Brazil is a new brand of hell.
