"Well, did it work?"

"No, sadly" Chelsea said

"Oh, let's try tomorrow then" I said

"Ok, bye" ruby said

"Bye" me and Chelsea said

Chelsea went to go walk away but I stopped her "Chelsea, I need to ask you something"

"What is it?"

"Will you go to prom with me?"

"Omg! Yes!" Chelsea said jumping up and down from joy

I smiled as I hugged her

"So I'll see you tomorrow at prom?" I asked

"Definitely" she said

"Ok, bye" I said

"Byeeeee"

I went home and fell asleep

The next day. It was prom I was so excited. I did my usual of course

"Bye mom and dad" I said walking out the door

I saw Chelsea and ran up to her, hugging her form behind

"Hey, y/n!" She said excitedly

"Hey. What are you going to swear to prom?" I asked

"I don't know, but I'll find something" she smiled

I smiled back

Ruby walked up to us "hey, lovebirds. You guys going to prom together?"

"Who told you that?" I asked

Chelsea raised her hand "it kinda slipped out, sorry"

"It's fine" I said smiling

We saw Margot, Trevin and bliss so ruby ran up to them

"Chelsea?"

"Yeah?"

"I need to ask you something"

"Again?"

"Yes"

"Ok, sure. What is it?"

"No only will you go to prom with me but will you also be my girlfriend?"

"Omg! Yes yes yes" she said grabbing my hands and swinging them around

"Wow. That was easier then I thought" i said

~Time skip~

"Hey, ruby!" I said holding Chelsea's hand

"Hey! Oh, I want Chelsea to meet my mom. Just real quick"

"What? Why?" I asked

"Because I thought of something but just please"

"Of course. I will love too"

"Ok, great!" Ruby said

We walked with ruby but we lost her in the crowd of ruby's mom party

The next thing we know, we saw ruby go in the ocean and she kinda mad

Me and Chelsea followed her and I put my underwater stuff on of course

"Ruby! What are you doing?" I asked her

"I'm getting that trident!" She said

Ruby went in the volcano as me and Chelsea waited then ruby came out of the volcano with the trident

"Did you get it?" Chelsea asked

"Yes" she showed us the trident

"Wow, we did it!!" I said

"15 years I have waited to get revenge on your mother" Chelsea said grabbing the trident

"What?" Ruby said

"Chelsea? What are you doing?" I asked

Chelsea laughed as swinger the trident around

"I'm a flippin mermaid!" She said hitting ruby with the trident

"Chelsea! Stop!" I insisted

"And your just a dumb teenager" Chelsea said to Ruby as ruby fell to the ground

"Chelsea! What are you doing?!" I asked

"What does it look like I'm doing? Her mother killed mine and I'm going to get revenge!" She said turning into a bigger version of herself

"All that rub rub rub was so that ruby can get this for me me me" Chelsea said

"I trusted you" ruby said

Chelsea laughed "you just got played dum dum" she said as she hit her with her tail

"Chelsea! Please stop!" I said

"Im sorry, y/n but I have to do this" she said

"No you don't!"

"Please, Chelsea! I love you" I said

She picked me up with her hand and the other hand still has the trident in it

"Aww, I love you too" she said and setting me down one land as she came up the water

After the fight (I don't feel like writing all that)

"I'm not evil I'm just pretty and misunderstood" she said sitting there on land

Ruby walked up to us with Chelsea in my arms

"She has to go, y/n"

"No! Ruby, I'm sorry. I don't know what I was thinking. I really am sorry" Chelsea said

Ruby sighed and forgave her

"And I'm sorry, Chelsea about your mother but she was evil and wanted to destroy us" Mrs, gillman said

"No, it's ok" Chelsea said

"Uhh, ruby?" We hear Connor

"Yes?"

"Do u wanna dance?" He asked

"Yes!"

Connor and ruby danced while me and Chelsea were sitting on the benches "do u wanna dance?" I asked her

"Omg. I thought you'll never ask"

We danced

"I still can't believe I'm dating you" I said to her

"Well, what can I say. I'm just pretty" she said innocently. I laughed to her saying that.
