This is Raegnaik, the main god in Xeronian religion. His form represents good and evil, and he is the creator of the universe. In the religion, it's said that he created Xero as a safe haven for the hybrids, as they used to live on earth but the good ol' Homo sapiens were giving them trouble. Raegnaik sent a hybrid named Valanor to help the rest of her species build transport to Xero so as to escape the humans' wrath.
