I'm in a drawing mood today so I drew what OTT Kel would typically do when no one is looking. (Aka when everyone is sleeping) I would like to think that he would sneak out and watch the stars as he gets high af.
Lore-wise, he will often look at the stars for comfort when things get tough or when Basil stressed him tf out. Kel always smokes alone as he doesn't like people judging him for his bad habits.
