Chapter 5 the invisible fish 

The 4 friends come downstairs to see Edgar saw there sit in the kitchen
(Victor mom) victor your friend is here
(All) Edgar
(Edgar) hey
(Emma) what are you doing here
(Edgar) I know
(Victor) what
(Edgar) I know
(Lucy) know what
(Edgar) you know
(Victor) no
(Edgar) I think you guys know I know
(Victor) look we don't know what you think we know but we don't know it

There mrs Frankenstein left the kitchen
(Edgar) your dog is Alive
(All) what
(Lucy) how did you know
(Edgar) i saw him outside at school

They turn to Emma
(Victor) no that's impossible
(Edgar) I know I know it is so impossible but you guys did it you did it so show me how or I'll tell everyone oh mrs Frankenstein
(Emma) oh let me at him

Emma was angry ran at him but Lucy hold her back

Mrs Frankenstein come in and the kitchen
(Edgar) may I have a cookie please
(Victor mom) oh yes of course

As mrs Frankenstein gone to get the cookies the 5 kids run upstairs

In the attic victor explain to Edgar how his brought sparky back life

(Edgar) so when can I do it
(Victor) you can't this isn't a experiment it's my dog
(Edgar) show and tell Victor you guys show and I won't tell

Then Edgar bought a dead goldfish from the pet store then later that night Edgar put the dead goldfish in a jar and they started up the Device again lightning zip the jar and sparks fly everywhere they all duck at it happen then they lowered the Platform down and saw the goldfish was gone

(Emma) where the fish
(Edgar) what happened it what did you guys do
(Victor) I don't know it should have worked

Suddenly the water started moving they looked at the jar and saw the water moving again
Victor took flashlight and Face it at the jar and everyone was shocked the goldfish was alive and invisible
(The girls and the pets) what
(Victor) it's invisible it's an invisible goldfish
(Emma) like the invisible man
(Edgar) why is it invisible
(Victor) i have no idea

Later
(Victor) you can't tell anyone Edgar you understand  that right not until we figure out how it works
(Edgar) okay okay
(Victor) promise
(Edgar) promise

Then Edgar was gone home then the girl when go they home and Emma when to sleep at her house

The next morning
It was when Emma Enid Esther walked to victor house but stay behind she noticed nassor walk to Edgar she hide behind something as she listen
(Nassor) Toshiaki says you have an invisible fish
(Edgar) no he didn't
(Nassor) so you don't

Lucy didn't hear much of the talk then she saw Edgar take out the jar and remove the lid nassor put his finger in the jar but nothing happened
Then she heard him Say
(Nassor) it's just water there's nothing there
(Edgar) no it's invisible
(Nassor) I don't know what kind of game you victor and his friends are playing but that trophy will be mine
Nassor walk away as Lucy came out of her hiding spot
(Lucy) Edgar you told us you weren't telling
(Edgar) i didn't tell him about sparky don't tell victor please
(Lucy) fine i weren't telling come let go find him

Edgar and Lucy there run to victor

Meanwhile
On the walk home Victor and Emma beside each other while Esther Enid and the pets walk behind them
(Victor) Emma
(Emma) yes
Victor pull out a beautiful blue flower from his
bag

(What the flower looks like)

(Victor) I found it at recess and I want you to have it
(Emma) oh thank victor
She put it in hair and hug victor
Suddenly they heard Edgar
(Edgar) victor something wrong with my fish
(Victor) what is it
(Edgar) it's not there anymore
(Victor) maybe it just hopped out did you have the lid on it
(Edgar) yes ever since I left your house I mean it was there when I went to bed I'm thinking maybe they don't last they're only there for a little bit and then they're gone

Victor and the other run in the house to find sparky but he wasn't there

(Victor) no sparky
Suddenly they heard sparky behind them and saw sparky scratching himself there his ear fell off
(Victor) sparky
Victor and Emma walk over and pet sparky
(Victor) don't worry I can fix that to

There they all were to sleep in they house
