GENESISWAS A LONER FOR as long as she could remember. she just loved being in her own head. from a very young age, she was taught to never depend on anyone, for anything.
depending on anybody but yourself was a sign of weakness in her eyes. that's why she was always hyperventilating whenever she broke those morals.
her dad was never in her life to begin with, leaving her stuck with a single mom who didn't deserve nor want to be a mother at all.
she had to basically raise herself and her little sister as well. her mother was severely abusive in every way possible.. she almost killed gen once due to her stupidity.
her mom was always out selling her body to all those rich men; leaving her kids to find their own way around life.
the way her mother looked at things, as long as her kids had expensive shoes on their feet, and designer clothes; she was doing her job right.
