3RD PERSON P.O.V.

In a dimly lit bar a man with blue hair wearing what seemed to be a hand on his face was drinking from a glass cup and another man who seemed to be covered in purple mist where his skin was supposed to be, was cleaning cups that seemed to have not been in use in weeks. Within a few seconds a figure came busting threw the front door to the bar and walked over to the blue haired man

???: "The hell are you doing Shigaraki" The figure asked the blue haired man

Shigaraki: "Calm yourself I'm having a relaxing morning if that's what you want to know" He answered

???: "Relaxing!? We have only so much time before a hero finds my ship!" He yelled in a bit of rage

Shigaraki: "It will be fine I have a plan anyways" He replied

???: "That plan better be quick every minute we waste relaxing is one we waste finding All Might" He stated

Shigaraki: "oh I know" He said before turning back to his drink

???: "Vilgax may I offer you a drink" The purple mist skinned man offered

Vilgax: "I'm quite alright Kurogiri I'll be off now" The figure said as he stepped into the light revealing his face. He had tentacles for a beard and a mask over his mouth and diamond shaped eyes with no pupils. The person known as Vilgax then left the bar and headed outside.

Shigaraki: "Jesus I thought he'd never leave" He said before continuing to take a sip out of his drink

Shigaraki: "Kurogiri call master for me" He asked while putting all five of his fingers on the cup and in an instant the cup began to Decay

Kurogiri: "as you wish Shigaraki" He said Kurogiri then walked over to a radio and turned the dial which presented a screen that said no signal but within a few seconds a voice came through

???: "Hello Shigaraki how can I help you!" The voice said in amusement

Shigaraki: "Is master there?" He asked while playing with the debris from the decayed glass cup

???: "oh yes he is but he is still a little tired...is he with you?" He asked

Shigaraki: "no he left a while ago why?" He asked

???: "The reason he is here...is the same as the goal your master aims to achieve" He answered

Shigaraki: "eh?" He said getting confused to what the voice was talking about

???: "You know what happens after Vilgax wins right?" He asked

Shigaraki: "no not really" He answered

???: "Sweet mother of- ok listen when Vilgax wins there's a rule...and that rule...is that..."

Now alone Vilgax walked all the way into the woods outside of town and pressed a button located on his arm after he pressed it a strange ship appeared before him and a hatch opened underneath he then walked into the ship and sat on a nearby seat

Vilgax: "These quirks that people have...They're strange...It affects a person's body and sometimes their mind...That boy back at the entrance exam for that school called U.A....He became a Pyronite..."

Vilgax: "Quirks are truly remarkable....nonetheless he ruined our plan to take hostages and to lure in All Might....if I see him again I must not hesitate to kill him..."
