Fat is a word I fear,

yet a word I crave to hear.

Fat is what I am. Fat stomach, fat thighs, fat arms, fat face... I am fat.

And whilst people tell me I'm not, tell me I'm fine or I'm skinny, it doesn't sink in.

All my life I have been called fat so that's what I am. Fat, fat, fat, fat.

And it's all I'll ever be,

the word itself defines me.
