The duo didn't spend the night at Vanya's and instead they headed back to his house, the Umbrella Academy. He explained to the girl that she could use the shower to wash the blood off her body and he would go and get her some clean change of clothes, raiding Vanya's old wardrobe. As he came back into the room, he had neatly folded clothes in his hands, placing them down on his bed. Zoya raised her brow as she looked at him, noticing his look.
Five explained to her that she could go to sleep if she wanted to, he needed to figure things out and she was welcome to sleep in his bed. She slowly nodded and he headed to his drawers, grabbing an old shirt and joggers. He explained that if she was going to sleep then it seemed pointless her wearing the shirt and skirt he'd brought from Vanya's wardrobe, she might as well be comfortable. Sending him a grateful nod, she accepted the pyjamas and headed to the room he'd told her was the bathroom, leaving the skirt and black shirt on his bed for the morning.
It was odd how the two acted as if they had not just met one another, as if they had been life long friends. Shrugging, she closed the bathroom door and began pulling the clothes off her body, flicking the shower on. Stepping into the warm water, she allowed the crimson to wash off her body, blending into the clear water to create an odd light red that swirled down the drain, erasing the deed she had done.
If only it was that easy to truly erase the acts she had committed.
