It's been over three years since ghouls started living here in Tokyo. Murano doesn't mind since she has a parasite as a boyfriend and my right hand is a parasite named Migi.
But there are different kinds of ghouls. Those who mind to themselves and blend in are on diets, like drinking coffee since that is the only alternative from blood and flesh.
There are those who act foolishly and murder for fun. Those are just street ghouls.
Then there are the gangs. Like Aogiri. They go as a nasty groups, kill for a living, and battle against anyone.
Now that there two predator species living with the humans, it's hard to tell what is what and who is who.
