BEFORE WE START; i. do I have anything to say at this point? no, I don't. you already know the deal. ii. despite this being a genderbend fic, klaus is still gonna be called klaus, full name niklaus. it's too iconic to change. iii. while this book follows the au timeline post!avengers it doesn't actually start there. part 1 of this book is set during the time before mikaelsons became vampires when klaus and loki first met. part 2 is during modern time, when they are reunited. iv. mikaelsons were/are vikings. as such they believed in the norse gods (among who are thor and loki). that's to say that this book will include pagan beliefs and rituals, along with real norse myths. v. do you hate miscommunication trope? I do too - guess we'll all have to suck it up. sorry :(
